STEP BY STEP GUIDE
Step 1 - Register and Login
Register
If you have registered an EcoFlow Account before, you may skip this step.
Access Login Page (click here) and click "Create Your EcoFlow Account" to access Registration Page.
On the Registration Page, fill in your name, email address and password. Then verify your registration with the code sent to you via the email address you have provided.
After you have read the EcoFlow's Terms of Use, Privacy Policy & Product Terms of Use, check "I have read and agree to EcoFlow's Terms of Use & Privacy Policy & Product Terms of Use".
Then click "Register" to complete your registration.
Login
Click the "EcoFlow Account" icon on Top Right of the Home Page, or visit account.ecoflow.com, to access Login Page.
Then log into your EcoFlow Account.
After you have logged in and reached the EcoFlow Account page, click "Gift" icon on the Top right of the page to access the EcoCredits page.
Step 2 - Check Balance
After you have logged in and reached the EcoCredits page, you will find your EcoCredits balance and EcoCredits earning history.
Step 3 - Redeem Rewards/Coupons
After you have logged in, click "Redeem EcoCredits" to see available rewards and the respective EcoCredits Costs.
Click "Exchange", and then "Confirm" on the Pop-up to redeem a reward.
Click "My Coupons" to check your rewards.
Step 4 - Using Your Coupon
After you have to redeemed your coupons, visit "My Coupons" Page and copy the coupon code.
At the Checkout Page of the eu.ecoflow.com store, enter your coupon code to apply your discount.
