The EcoFlow DELTA 3 Max Series Gift Promotion runs from 30 October 2025, 9 AM (CET) to 1 January 2026, 9 AM (CET) (hereinafter referred to as the "Promotion Period"). EcoFlow reserves the right to shorten or extend the campaign period at its sole discretion without prior notice.

1. The EcoFlow DELTA 3 Max Series orders placed between Promotion Period will receive a free EcoFlow 500W Alternator Charger. Each order is limited to one (1) free gift.

2. The promotional gift (EcoFlow 500W Alternator Charger) will be automatically added to your cart when you add the standalone EcoFlow DELTA 3 Max and DELTA 3 Max Plus.

3. The promotional gift is non-transferable, and cannot be substituted for any other item, cash or credit.

4. If a refund is issued for the original order, the promotional gift must be returned.

Get 50% Off Solar Panel

1. Customers who place a DELTA 3 Max or DELTA 3 Max Plus order during the Promotion Period will have a chance to add one EcoFlow 400W Solar Panel at 50% off discount in the same bundle.

2. Full-priced items cannot be cancelled or returned separately. You must cancel and return the discounted products at the same time. If you need to keep the accessories, you will be charged at the original price.

2. Referral Reward – New User Discount

Coupon Reward: Each referred new user receives 10% off coupon for their first purchase of the EcoFlow DELTA 3 Max Series. The discount cannot be combined with other coupons or discounts.

3. Referral Leaderboard Prizes

3.1 Participants who successfully refer new users will be ranked on a referral leaderboard.

3.2 The top referrer by number of registrations will receive one (1) EcoFlow DELTA 3 Max Smart Extra Battery. The prize will be automatically issued as a redemption discount code at the end of each month. However, we will review the authenticity of the registrations, and any fraudulent invitation activity will result in cancellation of the prize.

3.3 The top referrer by total referred order amount will receive one (1) EcoFlow DELTA 3 Max unit. The prize winner will be determined based on backend sales data and issued before 7 December 2025, and 7 January 2026, for the previous month’s results. The prize winners will receive an email notification along with the redemption discount code.

3.4 Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or other alternatives.

A Referrer's unique referral link may not be shared, sold or used in any way unless the Referrer is using it alone to obtain a Qualified Referral; Referrers are limited to one (1) Qualified Referral per Referred Client, and will not be credited for additional Qualified Referrals. 2. If the Referrer and the Referee share an IP/device, only the Referee will be eligible for rewards. If EcoFlow determines that a Referrer has attempted to participate in the Program or receive Points or Rewards through cheating, hacking, spoofing, or any other unfair gaming practices or with the intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other Referrer or any representative of EcoFlow, EcoFlow may, in its sole discretion, prohibit the Referrer from participating in the Program or receiving Points or Rewards.

General

(2) To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may decide to modify these rules or cancel the promotion at any time. If there is any fraud or abuse related to the promotion, we reserve the right to exclude any customer from the promotion. Fraudulent activities includ but not limited to automated entries, multiple registrations under different accounts, or fraudulent behaviour.

(3) Participants in the sale agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth herein and understand that EcoFlow's decisions are final and binding. No correspondence or appeals will be entertained. EcoFlow reserves the right to make the final and ultimate interpretation of this campaign.

(4) During the Campaign Period, all orders must comply with EcoFlow's purchase agreement and return policy.

(5) The sale promotion is not applicable to wholesale or distributor orders.

(6) Any unauthorized or fraudulent behaviour will result in disqualification of participants.

(7) Participants must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

(8) EcoFlow reserves the right to stop, cancel, or change the promotion at any time during the promotion. Any changes will be announced on the EcoFlow official website.

(9) All prizes in this promotion are limited in quantity and are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Any matters not covered herein will be handled according to EcoFlow's final interpretation.

(10) EcoFlow will assume no responsibility for late entries, which may occur for any reason, including but not limited to network transmission failure.

(11) EcoFlow will not be responsible for any direct or indirect losses or damages incurred by any party, including the participants, in connection with, or arising from acts or omissions, or any way related to this campaign.

(12) EcoFlow shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from participation, except in cases of willful misconduct, gross negligence, or where liability cannot be excluded by law.

(13) EcoFlow reserves the right to cancel any order in case of pricing errors or fraudulent use.

(14) EcoFlow reserves the right to withdraw any benefits or discounts obtained.

(15) Employees of EcoFlow, its affiliates, and their family members are not eligible to participate.
