Campaign Introduction
The Summer Sale (the “Campaign”) runs from 1 June 2026 at 9:00 a.m. CEST to 23 June 2026 at 9:00 a.m. CEST (the “Campaign Period”). EcoFlow reserves the right to shorten, extend, suspend, or cancel the Campaign at its sole discretion, subject to applicable laws.

Eligibility

The Campaign is open to users of eu.ecoflow.com who are residents of the European Union and are aged 18 or over as of 1 June 2026 at 9:00 a.m. CEST (“Participants”).

From 1 June 2026 at 9:00 a.m. CEST to 23 June 2026 at 9:00 a.m. CEST, customers may receive one free gift based on the total value of a single order, excluding shipping and tax, while stocks last:

Spend €2,000 or more: 1 × Shelly Smart Plug

Spend €3,000 or more: 1 × EcoFlow Power Hat

Notes:

1. Each qualifying order is eligible for one promotional gift only, based on the highest spending tier reached. Gifts are not cumulative.

2. Orders must be placed during the Campaign Period to qualify. Orders placed outside the Campaign Period will not be eligible for promotional gifts, even if the spending threshold is met.

3. Promotional gifts are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for any other item, cash, or credit.

4. Promotional gifts are only available for orders placed on the EcoFlow EU online store at eu.ecoflow.com.

5. The promotional gift will be shipped to the same delivery address used for the qualifying order within 30 days after the Campaign Period ends.

6. The free gift may not appear directly in your shopping cart. However, it will be listed in your order details after purchase. If you do not see the gift in your order details, please contact support.eu@ecoflow.com. Once verified, EcoFlow will arrange to send the gift if it is still in stock. If the gift is no longer available, no substitute will be provided.

7. The gift list is for reference only. Please refer to the promotion page for the most accurate and up-to-date details.

8. This promotional gift offer cannot be combined with any other offer or promotion on the EcoFlow website unless otherwise stated.

9. If a qualifying order is returned, the free gift must also be returned in its original, unused condition. If the gift is not returned, or is returned damaged or used, EcoFlow reserves the right to deduct the full retail value of the gift from the refund amount.

Eligible Products
All products available on the official EcoFlow EU online store at eu.ecoflow.com are eligible.

How to Earn:
- For every €1 spent after discounts, excluding tax and shipping, Participants will earn EcoCredits as follows:
- Regular members: 2× EcoCredits
- Plus members: 2.5× EcoCredits
EcoCredits will be automatically credited to your account within 7 days after the order is shipped. No receipt confirmation is required.

Participation Requirements:
- Participants must log in to their EcoCredits account before placing an order.
- The email address used for the order must match the email address registered to the EcoCredits account.
- Users without an EcoCredits account may create one free of charge to participate.

Stacking Rules:
- This Bonus EcoCredits activity cannot be combined with other points-based promotions, such as “Double Points” or “Triple Points” campaigns.
- It may be combined with non-points-based promotions, such as fixed-amount discounts or discount codes.

Returns & Refunds:
- For partial returns, EcoCredits earned from this activity will be deducted proportionally based on the refund amount relative to the original paid amount.
- If you used existing EcoCredits to redeem a gift or coupon during the purchase and later return the order, whether in whole or in part, those used EcoCredits will not be restored to your account.
- If, after receiving your order, you have used any EcoCredits and your remaining EcoCredits balance is insufficient to cover the deduction required due to a return, EcoFlow reserves the right to deduct the monetary value of the missing EcoCredits from your refund amount.
- In all return cases, any EcoCredits awarded through this activity will be removed accordingly.

No Earning Cap:
There is no upper limit on the total number of EcoCredits you can earn during this activity.

General Terms
1.If you experience any issues during the Campaign, please contact support.eu@ecoflow.com for assistance.
2. In the event of fraud, abuse, or misuse related to the Campaign, EcoFlow reserves the right to exclude any customer from participation.
3. By participating in the Campaign, Participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. EcoFlow will administer the Campaign in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions affects any statutory rights Participants may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
4. During the Campaign Period, all orders must comply with EcoFlow’s purchase agreement and return policy.
5. This Campaign does not apply to wholesale, reseller, or distributor orders.
6. Any unauthorised or fraudulent behaviour may result in disqualification.
7. Participants must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
8. EcoFlow reserves the right to stop, cancel, or amend the Campaign with reasonable notice. Any changes will be announced on the official EcoFlow website.
9. All prizes and promotional gifts in this Campaign are limited in quantity and available on a first-come, first-served basis. Any matters not covered in these Terms and Conditions will be handled reasonably and in accordance with applicable laws.
10. These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Germany, without regard to conflict of law principles.
