1. In the event of fraudulent activities or deception, EcoFlow reserves the right to withdraw or not issue the coupon. Fraud and deception include, but are not limited to:
（1）Failing to return your old product within the specified timeframe.
（2）The goods received by EcoFlow are not as described.
（3） Duplicate applications for a trade-in.
2. We will review the trade-in request within 3 working days and will send the coupon to your registered email address once the review is approved.
3. The discount can only be used to purchase a DELTA Pro 3, DELTA Pro, DELTA 3, DELTA 3 PLUS, DELTA 2 Max on eu.ecoflow.com.
4. If an order with a coupon is cancelled, the coupon will be void, and no cash will be refunded for its value.
5. The coupon cannot be combined with other discounts.
6. Trade-in values will vary depending on the condition and configuration of the eligible trade-in device.
7. Trade-in devices are currently limited to the choices provided in the evaluation form. Please note: once you return your products using the return label, the action cannot be revoked, and the warranty on the products will expire immediately.
8. The coupon can only be used for purchases that have not yet been made and cannot be used to claim the price difference on orders already purchased.
9. Refurbished products cannot be traded in.
10. EcoFlow reserves the right to final explanation and future optimisation of the process.
