The Names, in and of themselves, are not used to make any environmental claim regarding EcoFlow or any of its products or services. In particular, the Names alone do not indicate that EcoFlow or its products or services have a positive or zero impact on the environment, are less harmful to the environment than other products, product categories, brands or traders, or have improved their environmental impact over time.
