Campaign Duration
The EcoFlow RIVER 260 Gen 4 Launch Campaign runs from 5:00 AM (CET) on 6 November 2026 to 9:00 AM (CET) on 16 December 2026 (CET).
The campaign consists of two stages:
1. Pre-Launch Subscription Period: From 5:00 AM (CET) on 6 November 2026 to 9:00 AM (CET) on 16 November 2026.
2. Official Launch Period: Starting at 9:00 AM (CET) on 16 November 2026 and ending at 9:00 AM (CET) on 16 December 2026 (CET).
EcoFlow reserves the right to shorten or extend the campaign period at its sole discretion, subject to applicable laws and regulations.
Eligibility
The campaign is open to individuals aged 18 and above residing in eligible European countries or regions served by EcoFlow's EU online store.
Availability
This campaign, including promotional discounts, EcoCredits rewards, and cashback prizes, is exclusively available on eu.ecoflow.com. Purchases made on other platforms or websites will not be eligible for campaign offers.
Campaign Details
1. Exclusive Launch Discount — Up to €50 OFF
Customers purchasing eligible EcoFlow RIVER 260 Gen 4 products or bundles during the official launch period can enjoy discounts of up to €50.
The applicable discount depends on the selected product or bundle and will be displayed on the relevant product page or at checkout.
2. Exclusive EcoCredits Rewards — 3X or 2.5X EcoCredits
Customers purchasing eligible EcoFlow RIVER 260 Gen 4 products or qualifying bundles during the official launch period can enjoy different EcoCredits rewards depending on their participation in the pre-launch subscription campaign.
A. Pre-Launch Subscribers — Earn 3X EcoCredits
Customers who successfully subscribe to the EcoFlow RIVER 260 Gen 4 pre-launch campaign between 5:00 AM (CET) on 6 November 2026 and 9:00 AM (CET) on 16 November 2026 will be eligible to earn 3X EcoCredits when purchasing eligible RIVER 260 Gen 4 products or qualifying bundles during the official launch period.
To qualify for the 3X EcoCredits reward:
- Customers must successfully complete the pre-launch subscription within the specified period.
- The email address used for the pre-launch subscription must match the email address associated with the purchase.
- The qualifying purchase must be completed during the official launch period.
If the subscription email address does not match the purchase email address, the customer will not be eligible for the 3X EcoCredits reward and will instead receive the standard 2.5X EcoCredits reward, provided all other eligibility requirements are met.
B. Non-Subscribers — Earn 2.5X EcoCreditsCustomers who did not subscribe during the pre-launch period but purchase eligible RIVER 260 Gen 4 products or qualifying bundles during the official launch period will receive 2.5X EcoCredits.
C. Scope of EcoCredits Rewards
The 3X or 2.5X EcoCredits reward applies only to eligible EcoFlow RIVER 260 Gen 4 products and qualifying bundles containing the RIVER 260 Gen 4.
If an order contains other products or accessories in addition to eligible RIVER 260 Gen 4 products or qualifying bundles, the promotional EcoCredits multiplier will only apply to the eligible RIVER 260 Gen 4 products or qualifying bundles. Other products and accessories included in the same order will not qualify for the promotional EcoCredits multiplier.
For qualifying bundles containing the RIVER 260 Gen 4, the applicable EcoCredits multiplier will be determined by the customer's pre-launch subscription eligibility and email matching requirements.The 3X and 2.5X EcoCredits rewards cannot be combined. Each eligible product or qualifying bundle will receive the applicable reward multiplier based on the customer's pre-launch subscription status and email matching requirements.
All EcoCredits will be awarded in accordance with the EcoFlow EcoCredits programme rules.
3. Lucky Order Giveaway — 3 Winners Get 100% Cashback
Customers who successfully subscribe to the EcoFlow RIVER 260 Gen 4 pre-launch campaign and complete a qualifying purchase during the official launch period will be eligible to participate in the lucky order giveaway.
Three different customers will be selected to receive 100% cashback on one qualifying EcoFlow RIVER 260 Gen 4 product or one qualifying bundle each.The following conditions apply:- Eligibility:
Only customers who successfully subscribed during the pre-launch period and subsequently purchased eligible RIVER 260 Gen 4 products or qualifying bundles during the official launch period are eligible to participate.
- Email Matching: The email address used for the pre-launch subscription must match the email address associated with the purchase. Customers whose email addresses do not match will not be eligible for the cashback giveaway.
- Non-Subscribers: Customers who purchase without completing a pre-launch subscription will not be eligible for the cashback giveaway, even if they receive 2.5X EcoCredits.
- Cashback Scope: Cashback will cover the actual purchase price paid for one eligible RIVER 260 Gen 4 product or one qualifying bundle containing the RIVER 260 Gen 4. Other products or accessories purchased in the same order, as well as shipping fees, will not be included in the cashback calculation.
- Multiple Products in One Order: If an order contains multiple eligible RIVER 260 Gen 4 products or qualifying bundles, cashback will apply to only one eligible product or bundle, not the entire order.
- One Entry per Customer: Each eligible customer is entitled to one entry into the giveaway, regardless of the number of qualifying orders placed during the campaign.
- Customer Identification: Multiple accounts or email addresses belonging to the same customer will not result in additional entries or winning opportunities.
- Winner Selection: A total of three different eligible customers will be randomly selected as winners. Each winner can receive 100% cashback on one qualifying product or bundle only.
- Order Eligibility: Only successfully paid and eligible orders will qualify. Cancelled, fully refunded, or fraudulent orders will not be eligible.
- Cashback Payment: Cashback will be issued to the original payment method, subject to the applicable payment and refund procedures.
The three winners will be selected in accordance with the official giveaway arrangements. Further details regarding winner selection, notification, and cashback distribution will be communicated through the official EcoFlow website.
4. Returns and Refunds
If a customer wishes to return an order or item purchased under this campaign, the return and refund will be handled in accordance with EcoFlow's applicable Purchase Agreement and Return Policy.Customers who receive cashback through the lucky order giveaway will not be eligible to receive an additional refund for the same purchase.

2. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may decide to modify these rules or cancel the promotion at any time. If there is any fraud or abuse related to the promotion, we reserve the right to exclude any customer from the promotion.
3. Participants in the campaign agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth herein and understand that EcoFlow's decisions are final and binding, subject to applicable laws. No correspondence or appeals will be entertained. EcoFlow reserves the right to make the final and ultimate interpretation of this campaign.
4. All orders must comply with EcoFlow's purchase agreement and return policy during the campaign.
5. The campaign does not apply to wholesale or distributor orders.
6. Any unauthorised or fraudulent behaviour will result in the disqualification of participants.
7. Participants must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
8. EcoFlow reserves the right to stop, cancel, or change the promotion at any time during the campaign period. Any changes will be announced on the EcoFlow official website.
9. All promotional discounts and rewards are subject to availability and the applicable campaign conditions. The three cashback winners will be selected in accordance with the giveaway rules and will not be determined on a first-come, first-served basis.
10. EcoFlow will assume no responsibility for late entries, which may occur for any reason, including but not limited to network transmission failure.
11. EcoFlow will not be responsible for any direct or indirect losses or damages incurred by any party, including participants, in connection with or arising from acts or omissions or in any way related to this campaign, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
12. Participants agree to release and discharge EcoFlow from any liabilities and claims, including breach of contract, tort, negligence, or any other cause of action at law or equity, arising out of or in any way connected to this campaign or the participant's entry into the campaign, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
