Is there a data cable in the package? if not, which cable do you recommend?
This product package does not include a data cable. To fully utilize the high-power output capabilities of this charger (up to 100W / 140W), it is recommended to use a high-power USB-C to USB-C cable that supports the USB-C PD3.1 protocol and features an E-Marker chip. It is advised to choose cables rated for 5A current and 20V voltage (such as those labeled 100W or 240W) to ensure a safe and fast charging experience.
How many times can the plug be folded? Is it easy to loosen or break?
This product is constructed with high-strength metal materials and a reinforced hinge design. The plug prongs have undergone multiple folding tests, demonstrating excellent durability. Under normal usage, frequent folding will not cause looseness or breakage, ensuring a stable connection and portability over the long term. Why can not some devices be charged at the maximun rated power?
This product can automatically detect the type of charging device and match the appropriate charging protocol. It adjusts the output voltage and current accordingly to ensure safe and reliable charging, reducing charging time. If the protocol is not compatible, the actual output will be lower than the maximum.
