The “ EcoCredits Week × New Year Sale ” is organised by EcoFlow and hosted on eu.ecoflow.com. The Event will commence at 9am EST Monday on 19 January 2026 and end at 9am EST Sunday on 25 January 2026. EcoFlow reserves the right to shorten or extend the campaign period at its sole discretion without prior notice.

1.The Sale is open to all users on eu.ecoflow.com who are legal residents of Europe and 18 years of age or older as of 9am EST Monday on 19 January 2026 ("participant(s)").

2.In participating in this Promotion, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any rewards/prizes/gits/credits etc. We may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to make a claim as well as proof of your identity.

3.Employees of Ecoflow or anyone professionally connected to this Promotion and members of their immediate families are not permitted to participate in this Promotion.

All participants who join the event from January 19, 2026 to January 25, 2026 will automatically receive one Lucky Dip chance.

1.Exclusive to Registered Users: Unregistered users will be redirected to the registration page.

2.Daily Prizes Await: Unlock different rewards each day by participating in the Lucky Dip, including EcoCredits and discount coupons.

3.Grand Prize Eligibility: Participants who complete the daily Lucky Dip for 7 consecutive days during the event period will qualify for the grand prize draw.

Terms and Conditions：

1.All prizes of the New Year Lucky Dip event, including EcoCredits, discount coupons and physical products, are non-transferable and non-exchangeable.

2.Each participant is limited to one entry per email address per daily Lucky Dip. Individuals found using multiple email addresses or (where applicable) social media accounts to participate will be disqualified.

3.EcoFlow reserves the right to disqualify any participant who provides false or incorrect identity information if they are selected as a winner.

Notes：

1.Daily prizes will be announced after the corresponding draw and will not be disclosed in advance. Missing a day's Lucky Dip will not affect eligibility for subsequent draws.
