Event Introduction
The EcoFlow STREAM 1st Anniversary Sale  (hereinafter referred to as the “Campaign Period”) will run from 8 May 2026, 9:00 a.m. CEST to 31 May 2026, 9:00 a.m. CEST. The Sale consists of two phases:
1. Pre-heating Phase: from 9:00 a.m. CEST on 8 May 2026 to 9:00 a.m. CEST on 15 May 2026
2. Official Phase: from 9:00 a.m. CEST on 15 May 2026 to 9:00 a.m. CEST on 31 May 2026

The Sale is open to all users on eu.ecoflow.com who are EU residents and 18 years of age or older as of 9:00 a.m. CEST on 31 May 2026 (the “Participant(s)”)."                    
"EcoFlow STREAM 1st Anniversary Sale Lucky Draw
The EcoFlow STREAM 1st Anniversary Sale Lucky Draw runs from 8 May 2026, 9:00 a.m. (CEST) to 15 May 2026, 9:00 a.m. (CEST), inclusive. Participants who complete an email subscription to EcoFlow during the campaign period will automatically receive one entry into the Lucky Draw, with a chance to win a Shelly Smart Plug and a Shelly Smart Meter. 

Eligibility for Lucky Draw
The Lucky Draw is open to participants who subscribe to the EcoFlow STREAM 1st Anniversary Sale mailing list during the campaign period (from 8 May 2026, 09:00 a.m. (CEST) to 15 May 2026, 09:00 a.m. (CEST)). No purchase is required to enter.

Prizes:
- 2 winners will receive 1 × Shelly Smart Plug
- 1 winner will receive 1 × Shelly Smart Meter

Winners will be notified via email.

Notes for the STREAM 1st Anniversary Sale Lucky Draw

1. No purchase necessary: Entry to the Prize Promotion is free of charge. Making a purchase will not increase your chances of winning.
 
2. One entry per participant: Each entrant may submit only one entry using a single email address. Any individual found using multiple email addresses or social media accounts to enter will be deemed ineligible. Winners will be randomly selected from all eligible entries.
 
3. Winner selection is final: The decision of EcoFlow in selecting winners is final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into.
 
4. Winner notification: Prizes for the winners will be announced on the official EcoFlow page on 15 May 2026, 9:00 a.m. (CEST). Winners will be notified via email within 7 working days after the draw date.
 
5. Prize delivery: EcoFlow will deliver the prize(s) within 30 days of confirming the winner’s eligibility.
 
6. Prize redemption: Winners must respond within 7 working days to claim their prize. Failure to do so will result in disqualification, and an alternate winner may be selected.

Personal data collected for the Lucky Draw will be processed in accordance with EcoFlow’s Privacy Policy, as set out therein. If EcoFlow publishes winner information on its official page, only the minimum information necessary for announcing the winners, as described in the Privacy Policy, will be disclosed.              

STREAM 1st Anniversary Sale Add-on € 9,9 Brackets with STREAM Battery or STREAM Battery Bundle Purchases

Event Time:
The Add a Bracket for €9.9 offer will be launched on 15 May 2025 at 09:00 CEST and end on 31 May 2025 at 09:00 CEST (the ""Campaign Period"").

Event Details: 
1. During the Black Friday and Cyber Monday promotion, any purchase of a STREAM Battery or STREAM Battery Bundle allows you to add a Bracket to the same order for just €9.9.
2. Limit of two brackets per order.
3. If the full-price product is cancelled or returned without reason, the €9.9 add-on bracket must also be cancelled and returned. If the bracket is retained, it will be calculated at the original price.
4. If a bracket is damaged, the consumer will need to compensate based on the original price of the bracket.
5. Eligible products are as follows:

Duration:

Eligible Products:
All products available on the EU DTC official website (eu.ecoflow.com).

How to Earn:
- For every €1 spent on after-discount paid amount (excluding tax and shipping), you will earn EcoCredits.
- Regular members: 2× EcoCredits
- Plus members: 2.5× EcoCredits

EcoCredits will be automatically credited to your account within 7 days after the order is shipped. No need to confirm receipt.

Conditions & Participation:
- Participants must log in to their EcoCredits account before ordering. The email used for the order must match the email of the account.
- Unregistered users can create a free account to participate.

Stacking Rules:
- This bonus EcoCredits activity cannot be combined with other point-based activities (e.g., “Double Points” and “Triple Points” are mutually exclusive).
- It can be combined with non-point promotions, such as fixed-amount discounts or discount codes.

Returns & Refunds:
- Partial return: Earned EcoCredits will be deducted proportionally based on the refund amount relative to the original paid amount.
- If you have already used your EcoCredits to redeem a gift or coupon and then return the order: The used EcoCredits will not be refunded.
- In any return case, any awarded EcoCredits from this activity will be withdrawn accordingly.

No Cap:
There is no upper limit on the total EcoCredits you can earn during this activity.、

2. To the extent permitted by applicable law, EcoFlow may modify these rules or cancel the promotion at any time. In the event of fraud or abuse related to the promotion, EcoFlow reserves the right to exclude any customer from participation.
3. Participants in the sale agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and understand that EcoFlow’s decisions are final and binding. No correspondence or appeals will be entertained. EcoFlow reserves the right to make the final interpretation of this campaign.
4. During the Campaign Period, all orders must comply with EcoFlow’s purchase agreement and return policy.
5. The sale promotion is not applicable to wholesale or distributor orders.
6. Any unauthorised or fraudulent behaviour will result in disqualification of participants.
7. Participants must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
8. EcoFlow reserves the right to stop, cancel, or change the promotion with reasonable notice. Any changes will be announced on the official EcoFlow website.
9. All prizes and promotional gifts in this campaign are limited in quantity and available on a first-come, first-served basis. Any matters not covered herein will be handled according to EcoFlow’s final interpretation.
10. EcoFlow assumes no responsibility for late entries, which may occur for any reason, including but not limited to network transmission failure.
11. EcoFlow will not be responsible for any direct or indirect losses or damages incurred by any party, including participants, in connection with or arising from any acts, omissions, or circumstances related to this campaign.
12. Participants agree to release and discharge EcoFlow from any liabilities and claims, including breach of contract, tort, negligence, or any other cause of action at law or in equity, arising out of or in any way connected to this campaign or the participant’s entry into it.
