EcoFlow Smart Devices Launch

Introduction:

1. The “Wishlist Event for Smart Devices Launch” campaign (“Campaign”) is organized by EcoFlow and hosted on the EcoFlow website eu.ecoflow.com. This campaign will commence on 19 April 2023, at 10:00 and conclude on 10 May 2023, at 23:59 (UTC) ("Campaign Period"). EcoFlow reserves the right to shorten or extend the Campaign Period at its sole discretion without prior notice.

Campaign Period:

2. This campaign will commence on 19 April 2023, at 08:00 and conclude on 10 May 2023, at 23:59 (UTC).

Eligibility of Participant

3. This Campaign is open to all registered EcoFlow website ID users (www.ecoflow.com/eu), who are citizens of Europe and aged 18 years old and above as of 19 April 2023, 08:00 (UTC) (“Participant(s)”).

Campaign Mechanism:

4. Participants will be eligible for the Campaign by registering their email address via the designated link (https://www.ecoflow.com/eu/register) on the EcoFlow website (www.ecoflow.com/eu) or logging in with a valid EcoFlow ID using the designated link (https://eu.ecoflow.com/pages/smart-devices-wishlist) during the Campaign Period.

Rules:

1) Users register and log in to their EcoFlow account.

2) Click the Wishlist button below, or add a smart device product (BLADE, GLACIER, WAVE 2) you would like to your Wishlist from the product page.

3) After you've set up your list, click on the Wishlist tab on the right-hand side of the page.

4) Select the "three dots menu" to share.

5) Share with your friends to let more people know with #ecoflowwishlist
#ecoflowsmartdevices.

6) On May 11st, we'll pick one lucky winner to fulfill their wishlist and announce it on our Facebook community and via email.

7) Redemption code will be sent to the winner to redeem the smart devices product on their wishlist. (Limit of 1 product per customer)

*If you've already made purchase of the smart devices product you wished for, we'll refund you the amount you've paid for.

5. Winners will be randomly selected (draw) from all valid prize draw entries.

6. All winners will be notified via their registered email. Participants must ensure that their registered details are up-to-date, accurate, complete, and truthful in all respects.

7. Winners must acknowledge acceptance of their prize via the notification email sent to them within 48 hours of the announcement date. Otherwise, another winner will be chosen.

Prize Details

8. All prizes are not exchangeable for cash, are non-refundable and non-transferable.

9. All prizes will be sent out by EcoFlow after EcoFlow contacts the winners.

10. EcoFlow reserves the right to exchange the coupon for items of a similar value without prior notification at its sole and absolute discretion. The decision by EcoFlow will be final and no appeals will be entertained.

General

11. In the event that any prizes are awarded to a participant who has provided false or incorrect personal information, EcoFlow reserves the right to revoke the Participant's eligibility for the said prizes.

12. Prize winners may not substitute or exchange the prizes for monetary compensation. EcoFlow is responsible solely for the delivery of the prizes and
is not accountable for the condition, quality, or suitability of the prizes. No warranty of any nature is provided by EcoFlow for the prizes. The prize winners
are solely responsible for any taxes, fees, or associated costs of accepting and utilizing the prizes.

13. Participants in the campaign agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth herein and understand that EcoFlow's decisions are final and binding. No correspondence or appeals will be entertained. EcoFlow reserves the right to make the final and ultimate interpretation of this campaign.

14. In accepting the prizes, the winners agree to participate and cooperate with all editorial activities relating to the campaign. The winners agree to grant EcoFlow a perpetual and non-exclusive license to use footage, photographs, voice, biographical information, and/or statements at any time, in all media types worldwide, for advertising, trade, publicity, and promotional purposes, and the winners will not be entitled to any fee for such use.

15. EcoFlow will not assume responsibility for late entries which may occur for any reason, including but not limited to network transmission failure.

16. EcoFlow will not be responsible for any direct or indirect losses or damages incurred by any party, including the participants, in connection with, or arising from acts or omissions, or any way related to this campaign.

17. Participants agree to release and discharge EcoFlow from any liabilities and claims, including breach of contract, tort, negligence, or any other cause of action at law or equity, arising out of, or in any way connected to this campaign or the participant's entry into the campaign.

18. By entering this campaign, participants agree to indemnify and hold EcoFlow and the EcoFlow Group of Companies, their officers, directors, shareholders, predecessors, successors in title, employees, agents, and representatives harmless from any claims, losses, damages, liability, claims, or expenses, including any legal fees, suffered or incurred by EcoFlow, due to or in any way arising from this campaign.

19. If participants are found to be using or have used inappropriate means to participate in this campaign, EcoFlow reserves the right to disqualify the participant's eligibility, including, without hesitation, the commencement of legal proceedings to the full extent of the applicable laws.

20. EcoFlow reserves the right to modify and/or cancel the terms and conditions herein at any time at its sole discretion.

21. This Campaign and the terms and conditions herein shall be governed by the local laws of the country.
