Introduction to the Event

The "Christmas Sale" event is organised by EcoFlow and hosted on the EcoFlow website eu.ecoflow.com. The event will commence at 09:00 CET on 3 December 2024 and end at 09:00 CET on 2 January 2025. EcoFlow reserves the right to shorten or extend the event period at its sole discretion and without prior notice.

1. New Machine Experience Prize

Campaign Period:
Customers may participate in the campaign from 3 December 2024 (09:00 CET) to 1 January 2025 (09:00 CET) ("Campaign Period").

Campaign Mechanism:
1. Customers can participate in the voting for the most interesting new product by entering their email address. After completing the voting, they will receive a €5 coupon, which can be used during the activity period from 3 December 2024 (09:00 CET) to 2 January 2025 (09:00 CET).

2. Within 7 days after the end of the New Machine Experience Prize (between 3 January 2025 and 9 January 2025 (CET)), one lucky winner will be selected to receive the New Machine Experience Prize, which is a free RIVER 3. The prize will be sent out by email, so please keep an eye on your inbox. The prize must be claimed by 31 January 2025 (CET).

Rules of the Program:

1. Each email address can only participate once. After voting, the coupon will be displayed on the page, and the discount code will also be sent to the participant’s email address.
2. Coupons can only be used during the aforementioned campaign period. Coupons are not transferable or shareable.
3. Coupons cannot be used to offset previous purchases.
4. Prizes not claimed within the validity period are considered automatically forfeited. EcoFlow reserves the right to revoke the prize in the event of impersonation, fraud, or other misconduct.

2. Buy One Get One Gift

Campaign Period:
Users can participate in the campaign from 3 December 2024 (09:00 CET) to 2 January 2025 (09:00 CET).

Campaign Mechanism:
1. For orders of €399 or more during the campaign period, users will receive a limited edition Christmas Gift Pack valued at €169, while stocks last.
2. If the order is refunded, the gift pack must be returned.
3. The gift cannot be applied to previous orders.

3. Cash Back

Campaign Period:
Users can participate in the campaign from 09:00 CET on 3 December 2024 to 09:00 CET on 2 January 2025 (the "Campaign Period").

Campaign Mechanism:
1. Orders over €299 - €10 gift card
2. Orders over €1099 - €30 gift card
3. Orders over €1899 - €50 gift card

Rules:
1. A maximum of one gift card per valid order; the amount cannot be split, and each order is eligible only once.
2. The gift card will be sent to your account via email 30 days after the order has been signed for.
3. The gift card will not be issued if a refund is processed within 30 days after the order has been signed for.
4. If a partial return for a refund occurs within 30 days after the order has been signed for, and the total value of the order no longer meets the required threshold, the gift card will not be issued.

During the live streams, participants can claim a 10% discount code.

2.2 Discount Code Usage Rules
2.2.1 The discount code applies to all products on the EcoFlow official website except for new products launched after 31 August, 2024, including but not limited to:

- RIVER 3 Series
- DELTA Pro 3 Series
- DELTA 3 Series
2.2.2 The discount code is valid only during the specified period and will expire after the deadline.
2.2.3 The discount code cannot be combined with other discounts or promotional offers.
2.2.4 To the extent permitted by applicable laws, EcoFlow reserves the right to define new products and to interpret the rules for using the discount code.

4. Live Stream Giveaway
4.1 Giveaway Rules
During each live stream, participants can participate in the giveaway by submitting their email addresses. One winner per live stream will be randomly selected to receive an EcoFlow RAPID Magnetic Power Bank 5000mAh - Silver.
4.2 How to Participate
Submit your email address and subscribe to participate in the giveaway. By subscribing, you agree to these terms and authorize EcoFlow to send marketing emails and product updates. You can unsubscribe at any time via the "unsubscribe" link in the emails.
4.3 Prize Distribution
Winners will receive a notification email within 3 business days after the giveaway results are announced. Prizes will be sent to the email addresses provided during registration.
4.4 Privacy Protection Statement

5. Price Match Guarantee
The flash sale products offered during the live streams are not eligible for EcoFlow’s “30-Day Price Match Guarantee.”

EcoCredits Appreciation Week Terms & Conditions

The EcoCredits Appreciation Week runs from 16 December 2024, 09:00 AM (CET) to 23 December 2024, 09:00 AM (CET) ("Campaign Period"). EcoFlow reserves the right to shorten or extend the Campaign Period at its sole discretion without prior notice.

Participant Requirements
The promotion is open to all registered EcoFlow ID users on eu.ecoflow.com who are European citizens aged 18 years or older as of 19 November 2024, 09:00 AM (CET) ("Participants").

Activity Mechanism

1. New Product Quiz

From 16 December 2024, 09:00 AM (CET) to 23 December 2024, 09:00 AM (CET), members can participate in a total of two rounds of the new product quiz activity at https://www.ecoflow.com/eu/ecocredits. Each round consists of 5 questions, and participants with all correct answers will receive 200 EcoCredits per round, for a total of 400 EcoCredits.

2. Multiple EcoCredits

During the event, any order placed on eu.ecoflow.com by a member will earn 2× EcoCredits. Any order placed by a PLUS member will earn 2.5× EcoCredits.First, log in to your EcoCredits account and ensure the email matches the one used to place an order. If you have not yet registered, you can sign up for a free account.

If a return is initiated, EcoCredits will be withdrawn.

General

2. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may decide to modify these rules or cancel the promotion at any time. If there is any fraud or abuse related to the promotion, we reserve the right to exclude any customer from the promotion.

3. Participants in the sale agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth herein and understand that EcoFlow's decisions are final and binding. No correspondence or appeals will be entertained. EcoFlow reserves the right to make the final and ultimate interpretation of this campaign.

4. During the sale promotion, all orders must comply with EcoFlow's purchase agreement and return policy.The sale promotion is not applicable to wholesale or distributor orders.

5. Any unauthorized or fraudulent behavior will result in disqualification of participants.
