EcoFlow Christmas 2025 Sales T&Cs
Event Introduction
The EcoFlow Christmas 2025 Sales (hereinafter referred to as the “Campaign Period”) runs from 5 Dec, 2025, 9 AM (CET) to 2 Jan, 2026, 9 AM (CET). EcoFlow reserves the right to adjust the event time under certain circumstances (such as force majeure, supply chain issues, etc.).
Eligibility
The Sale is open to all users on eu.EcoFlow.com, who are EU residents and 18 years old or older as of 9 AM on 5 Dec, 2025 (CET) ("participant(s)").
1. Availability
Purchases made on other websites, third-party marketplaces, or retail channels are not eligible.
Energy Calendar Lucky Draw
All participants in the event from December 5th to 11th, 2025, will be entered into a random draw.
1. Checking in daily unlocks different prizes, such as EcoCredits and coupons.
2. Participants who complete all 7 consecutive daily check-ins during this period will be eligible for the grand prize draw.
For EU sites, one (1) winner will receive a DELTA 3 Plus, and two (2) winners will each receive a RIVER 3 Max.
Prohibitions
(1) All prizes from the Lucky Draw event, including EcoCredits, coupons, and physical prizes, are non-transferable and non-redeemable.
(2) Maximum one entry per entrant and per email address per Prize Promotion. Any individual found to be using multiple email addresses or, where applicable, social media accounts to enter will be ineligible.
(3) If any prize is awarded to a participant who provides false or incorrect identification or information, EcoFlow reserves the right to disqualify the participant from receiving the said prize.
Note:
（1）Each participant may obtain one (1) lucky draw entry per day by completing the daily check-in. Multiple check-ins on the same day will not earn additional entries.
（2）Daily prizes will only be revealed after the corresponding draw is completed and will not be announced in advance. Missing a daily check-in will not affect participation in subsequent draws.
（3）Participants must complete all seven (7) consecutive daily check-ins during the event period to qualify for the grand prize draw (one winner for DELTA 3 Plus and two winners for RIVER 3 Max).
（4）No payment or purchase is necessary to enter the Engergy Calendar Lukcy Draw, and a purchase will not increase chances of winning.
（5）The final grand prize winners will be randomly selected from participants who complete all 7 consecutive check-ins.
（6）The draw will be conducted within 30 days after the campaign ends.
（7）The decision of EcoFlow in selecting the winners is final and binding. By participating in the Lucky Draw event, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and that EcoFlow's decision shall be final and binding.
（8）Winners will be notified via Email within 7 working days of the draw.
（9）EcoFlow reserves the right to revise, modify, or waive the terms and conditions of the Lucky Draw event at any time in its sole discretion.
（10）EcoFlow reserves the right to modify or terminate the Lucky Draw event at any time, either temporarily or permanently (or any part thereof).
（11）Once the stock for a specific daily prize is exhausted, no further winners will receive that item for that day. EcoFlow reserves the right to substitute the prize with an alternative of equal or greater value if necessary.
Spend & Save Offer
Offer details:
Spend €1,000 or more to get €50 off.
Spend €2,000 or more to get €100 off.
Spend €3,000 or more to get €200 off.
The discount will be automatically applied at checkout once the spending threshold is reached.
Prohibitions:
1. The offer is not applicable for gift cards .
2. Discounts and free gifts cannot be combined with other coupon codes, sitewide discounts, or promotional offers unless otherwise stated.
Digital Greeting Card & Gift
Celebrate Christmas with an interactive digital greeting card experience! Users can unlock holiday greetings and gifts by participating in the card interaction.

1. Buy One Get One Free Gift
The Buy One Get One Free Gift Promotion runs during the Christmas Campaign period. Exact dates may vary depending on EcoFlow’s operational schedule and will be announced on the promotion page.
Note:
During the Promotion, selected products are eligible for free gifts while stocks last. For example, purchasing RIVER 2 Pro may include a complimentary gift. The specific gift, eligible Products, and availability may be adjusted at EcoFlow’s discretion throughout the Promotion period.
Flash Sale
During the Christmas Campaign, EcoFlow will hold multiple rounds of flash sales featuring selected products.
Note：
(1)Flash sale items are available while stocks last and is first-come, first-served..
(2)The selection of flash sale Products and the timing of each flash sale may be adjusted at EcoFlow’s discretion based on stock and operational considerations.
Add-On Offer
The Add-On Offer is valid from December 22 to December 26 (5 days only). During this promotion period, customers purchasing selected main products can add selected accessories or additional products at discounted prices.
Note:
(1)Discounts apply only when the add-on product is purchased together with the specified main product during checkout.
(2)Only one add-on offer can be applied per main Product per order.
Christmas Merchandise Add-On
The promotion runs from December 22 to January 1. Customers who spend €199 or more can purchase an EcoFlow IP Plush Toy for €9.9. This offer is valid while stocks last. Once the plush toys are sold out, the offer will no longer be available.
Note：Only one add-on per order is allowed.
Earn More with Friends

Note:
1. A Referrer's unique referral link may not be shared, sold or used in any way unless the Referrer is using it alone to obtain a Qualified Referral; Referrers are limited to one (1) Qualified Referral per Referred Client, and will not be credited for additional Qualified Referrals. Referral links shared with or obtained through other sources (e.g., links posted through third-party intermediaries or websites) will not be accepted.
2. If the Referrer and the Referee share an IP/device, only the Referee will be eligible for rewards. If EcoFlow determines that a Referrer has attempted to participate in the program or receive Points or Rewards through cheating, hacking, spoofing, or any other unfair gaming practices or with the intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other Referrer or any representative of EcoFlow, EcoFlow may, in its sole discretion, prohibit the Referrer from participating in the Program or receiving Points or Rewards.
Orders that involve getting Free Gifts need to be noted：
Availability of Free Gifts: Free Gifts are available while supplies last. No further notice will be given once the Free Gifts run out. If the order is eligible for the Free Gifts, the Free Gifts will be automatically added to the shopping cart if they are available and will be listed in the order information after placing the order.
Shipping of Free Gifts: If the order is a pre-order, the Free Gifts will not be shipped earlier than the EcoFlow portable power stations. When the power stations are restocked, the Free Gifts will be shipped together.
Refund Policy: If a customer wishes to return an order or item that qualified for the Free Gifts with purchase, the transaction can only be refunded if the Free Gifts with purchase is also returned. The value of the Free Gifts has been disclosed based on the Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price (MSRP). In the event of a return, if the Free Gift is not returned along with the main product, EcoFlow reserves the right to deduct the value of the Free Gift from the refund amount.
Restrictions on Free Gifts: The Free Gifts cannot be applied to orders placed before the start of the event, are non-transferable, non-reusable, and cannot be shared without authorisation. The Free Gifts cannot be substituted for any other item, cash or credit.
Exclusive Member Pricing for Refurbished Products

During the event, register as a member or log in to unlock exclusive prices for refurbished products. The member-exclusive price of refurbished products is only available in limited quantities during the event period.

Bonus EcoCredits
From 22 Dec 2025, 9 AM (CET) to 2 Jan 2026, 9 AM (CET), users will earn bonus EcoCredits for every €1 spent on eligible products:
- Standard Members: 2 × EcoCredits (Includes credits for purchased products)
- PLUS Members: 2.5 × EcoCredits (Includes credits for purchased products)
Credits are calculated based on the final purchase price and will be issued 7 days after delivery, provided no returns or cancellations occur.
Note:
(1). Customers must log into their EcoFlow account using the same email used to place the order.
(2). If a customer hasn’t registered yet, they can sign up for a free account.
(3). If a return is initiated, the awarded EcoCredits will be withdrawn.

General
(1) Coupon Use:
- To redeem an online coupon, enter the coupon code at checkout.
- Coupons are only valid for a limited time stated, while stock lasts.
- Coupon expiration times are based on the Eastern Time Zone.
- Coupon Codes must be used before the designated expiration date. No extensions will be allowed under any circumstances.
- Only one coupon code can be used per order, per person.
- Coupons are good for one-time use only, are not transferable, are not for resale or auction, and cannot be substituted for any other item, cash, or credit.
- The coupon applies only to qualifying items displaying the coupon offer on the item detail page.
- If you return any of the items purchased with a coupon, the coupon discount or value may be subtracted from the return credit.
- Coupons are void where restricted or prohibited by law.
- Once redemption of coupon has been accepted, it cannot be cancelled, exchanged, or refunded.
- Coupons are valid only during the specified period and on eligible Products.
- Coupons cannot be combined with other Promotions, discount codes, or vouchers.
- Gifts and coupons are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
(2) All prices include VAT where applicable. The Promotion cannot be combined with other discounts, vouchers, or Promotions unless otherwise stated.
(3) The free gift will be automatically included with eligible orders while stocks last.
(4) The promotional gift for each campaign is non-transferable, and cannot be substituted for any other item, cash or credit.
(5) Promotional gifts are only available on orders placed on the EcoFlow online store at eu.EcoFlow.com.
(6) The promotional gift will be shipped to the same address that the qualifying product was delivered to within 30 days after the promotional period has ended.
(7) In the event of a return, the free gift must also be returned. The free gift will not appear directly in your shopping cart. However, it will be listed in your order details after purchase. If you do not see the gift in your order, please contact us at support.eu@EcoFlow.com. Once verified, we will arrange a reshipment for you.

(11) To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may decide to modify these rules or cancel the promotion at any time. If there is any fraud or abuse related to the promotion, we reserve the right to exclude any customer from the promotion.
(12) Participants in the sale agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth herein and understand that EcoFlow's decisions are final and binding. No correspondence or appeals will be entertained. EcoFlow reserves the right to make the final and ultimate interpretation of this campaign.
(13) During the Campaign Period, all orders must comply with EcoFlow's purchase agreement and return policy.
(14) The sale promotion is not applicable to wholesale or distributor orders.
(15) Any unauthorised or fraudulent behaviour will result in the disqualification of participants.
(16) Participants must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
(17) All prizes in this promotion are limited in quantity and are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Any matters not covered in this document will be handled according to EcoFlow's final interpretation.
(18) EcoFlow will assume no responsibility for late entries, which may occur for any reason, including but not limited to network transmission failure.
(19) EcoFlow will not be responsible for any direct or indirect losses or damages incurred by any party, including the participants, in connection with, or arising from acts or omissions, or any way related to this campaign.
(20) Participants agree to release and discharge EcoFlow from any liabilities and claims, including breach of contract, tort, negligence, or any other cause of action at law or equity, arising out of, or in any way connected to this campaign or the participant's entry into the campaign.
