EcoFlow PowerStream Subscription EcoCredits Reward Event Terms and Conditions

Introduction

1. EcoFlow PowerStream Subscription EcoCredits Reward Event ("Event") is organized by EcoFlow and hosted on the EcoFlow website ecoflow.com. The Event will commence on 14 April 2023 at 15:00 (UTC) and conclude on 30 May 2023 at 15:00 (UTC). EcoFlow reserves the right to modify, extend, or shorten the Event Period at its sole discretion without prior notice.

Event mechanism

2. Participants will be eligible to receive an additional 500 EcoCredits ("EcoCredit Reward") to their EcoFlow member account if they leave their email addresses on the designated webpage at https://eu.ecoflow.com/pages/powerstream and its localized versions on ecoflow.com European Union and UK country sites. By submitting their email address, participants agree to receive marketing emails from EcoFlow. Information collected from EcoFlow is subject to Privacy Policy: https://eu.ecoflow.com/policies/privacy-policy
3. In order to receive the EcoCredit Reward, participants must ensure they have successfully registered an EcoFlow member account before 30th May 2023. The registration page can be accessed from EcoCredits program registration page.
4. The EcoCredit Reward is a total of 500 EcoCredits. The EcoCredit Reward expires 365 days from the date on which they were assigned to your account and are available. The 500 EcoCredits will be added to participants' EcoFlow member account on 30th May 2023.
5. The EcoCredit Reward will be awarded to an account once. No additional rewards will be given to repeated subscriptions to EcoFlow PowerStream Launch.
6. Participants must ensure their subscription email address and their email for EcoFlow account registration is the same in order to receive the EcoCredit Reward. Failing to do so will result in failing to receive the EcoCredit Reward.
7. Participants in the EcoCredit Reward event agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth herein and understand that EcoFlow's decisions are final and binding. No correspondence or appeals will be entertained. EcoFlow reserves the right to change the EcoCredit Reward and EcoCredit Reward details without prior notification at its sole and absolute discretion, and the right to make the final and ultimate interpretation of this Event.

 

EcoFlow PowerStream Launch Giveaway (4.14 - 5.14)

Introduction:

The PowerStream Launch Giveaway (Giveaway) is organized by EcoFlow and hosted on the EcoFlow website ecoflow.com. The Giveaway will commence on 14 April 2023 at 15:00 (UTC) and conclude on 14 May 2023 at 15:00 (UTC). EcoFlow reserves the right to modify, extend, or shorten the Giveaway Running Period at its sole discretion without prior notice.

 

Giveaway Running Period:

1. The Giveaway will commence on 14 April 2023 at 15:00 (UTC) and conclude on 14 May 2023 at 15:00 (UTC).

 

Eligibility of Participants:

2. The Giveaway is open to residents of countries in European Union and the United Kingdom who are 18 years old or over, except employees of EcoFlow and their immediate families, or anyone else professionally associated with the Giveaway.

4. Participants must ensure that their registered details are up-to-date, accurate, complete, and truthful in all respects.
5. The prize draw will be unlocked each time a milestone is reached. The details of the prizes are as follows： (1) Milestone 1 - when 5,000 Subscriptions / Signups are reached: 1st prize draw: One hundred (100) winners will be randomly selected from all valid prize draw entries to receive one (1) prize.; (2) Milestone 2 - when 10,000 Subscriptions / Signups are reached: 2nd prize draw: One hundred (100) winners will be randomly selected from all valid prize draw entries to receive one (1) prize.
6. The winner will be notified via their subscription email within 7 working days of the prize draw.

7. The prize will be awarded in the form of a 100% Off Coupon code for an EcoFlow Smart Plug, with the following specification:

Winner from the United Kingdom will receive a coupon of:

• 100% off purchase of 1 x EcoFlow Smart Plug
• Exclusively applicable to orders with PowerStream Microinverter and with a minimum order value of 500 GBP.
• Coupon can be used only once
• Use only on uk.ecoflow.com
• Coupon expires on 15th June 2023
• Coupon is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or anything else.
• Coupon cannot be combined with other discounts.

 

Winner from countries in the European Union will receive a coupon of:

• 100% off purchase of 1 x EcoFlow Smart Plug
• Exclusively applicable to orders with PowerStream Microinverter and with a minimum order value of 500 EUR.
• Coupon can be used only once
• Coupon is website specific, that means :
• Participants from de.ecoflow.com will receive a coupon that can be used only on de.ecoflow.com
• Participants from fr.ecoflow.com will receive a coupon that can be used only on fr.ecoflow.com
• Participants from eu.ecoflow.com will receive a coupon that can be used only on eu.ecoflow.com
• Participants from it.ecoflow.com will receive a coupon that can be used only on it.ecoflow.com
• Participants from es.ecoflow.com will receive a coupon that can be used only on es.ecoflow.com
• Coupon expires on 15th June 2023
• Coupon is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or anything else.
• Coupon cannot be combined with other discounts.

 

8. The coupon code will be sent to the winner via their subscription email within 7 working days of the prize draw.
9. EcoFlow reserves the right to change the coupon with items of similar value without prior notification at its sole and absolute discretion. The decision by EcoFlow will be final, and no appeals will be entertained.

 

General:

10. In the event that any prizes are awarded to a participant who has provided false or incorrect identity or information, EcoFlow reserves the right to revoke the Participant's eligibility for the said prizes.
11. The prize images presented in the campaign are solely for reference purposes, and the availability of the actual prizes may be subject to change. All prizes awarded during the campaign are non-refundable.
12. Prize winners may not substitute or exchange the prizes for monetary compensation. EcoFlow reserves the right to substitute any prizes, or prize components, with items of equal or greater value at its sole discretion. EcoFlow is responsible solely for the delivery of the prizes, and is not accountable for the condition, quality, or fitness of the prizes. No warranty, of any nature, is provided by EcoFlow for the prizes. The prize winners are solely responsible for any taxes, fees, or associated costs of accepting and utilizing the prizes.
13. Participants in the campaign agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth herein and understand that EcoFlow's decisions are final and binding. No correspondence or appeals will be entertained. EcoFlow reserves the right to make the final and ultimate interpretation of this campaign.
14. EcoFlow will assume no responsibility for late entries, which may occur for any reason, including but not limited to, network transmission failure.
15. EcoFlow will not be responsible for any direct or indirect losses or damages incurred by any party, including the participants, in connection with, or arising from acts or omissions, or any way related to this campaign.
16. Participants agree to release and discharge EcoFlow from any liabilities and claims, including breach of contract, tort, negligence, or any other cause of action at law or equity, arising out of, or in any way connected to this campaign or the participant's entry into the campaign.
17. Participants further agree to release and discharge any third party related to or connected with this campaign from any liabilities and claims, including breach of contract, tort, negligence, or any other cause of action at law or equity, arising out of, or in any way connected to this campaign, or the participant's entry into the campaign.
18. By entering this campaign, participants agree to indemnify and hold EcoFlow and the EcoFlow Group of Companies, their officers, directors, shareholders, predecessors, successors in title, employees, agents, and representatives harmless from any claims, losses, damages, liability, claims, or expenses, including any legal fees, suffered or incurred by EcoFlow, due to or in any way arising from this campaign.
19. If participants are found to be using or have used inappropriate means to participate in this campaign, EcoFlow reserves the right to disqualify the participant's eligibility, including without hesitation, the commencement of legal proceedings to the full extent of the applicable laws.
20. EcoFlow reserves the right to modify and/or cancel the terms and conditions herein, at any time at its sole discretion.
21. This Giveaway and the terms and conditions herein shall be governed by the laws of the country.
