EcoFlow DELTA 3 power station extra battery, and 800W Alternator Charger
I purchased an EcoFlow DELTA 3 power station extra battery, and 800W Alternator Charger on November 20, 2025, with the primary goal of upgrading my campervan's power system to reliably run a heater during winter holidays. The 800W Alternator Charger and extra battery arrived promptly, but the essential fuse cable—the short inline-fused cable connecting the input cable to the vehicle's starter battery—was missing from the kit. This has prevented me from safely completing the installation. After multiple emails, I was informed of a "shortage" of fuse cables, with no immediate solution or shipping timeline provided. As of today (6th of January 2026), I have still not received the missing part, any tracking information, or further updates. Unfortunately, this delay forced me to cancel my planned snow holidays in the campervan, as the reliable heater setup was the main reason for this purchase. This has been an extremely disappointing experience and has caused significant inconvenience. I kindly request that you: Prioritize shipping the missing fuse cable immediately.
