If any Early-Bird product you purchased is offered at a lower price on any official EcoFlow sales channel (including EcoFlow’s official website, Amazon official store, or authorised brand stores) within 30 days after you complete the full payment, you may contact us at support.eu@ecoflow.com

EcoFlow reserves the right to deny a refund of the price difference arising from the price match service if such service is used improperly, fraudulently, or in violation of principles of honesty and good faith.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, EcoFlow reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel this promotion or these Terms & Conditions at any time, without affecting rights already accrued by participants. Any changes will be announced on the EcoFlow official website. In the event of fraud or abuse, EcoFlow reserves the right to exclude any customer from the promotion.

3. All orders placed during the promotion must comply with EcoFlow’s purchase agreement and return policy. In the event of any conflict, the terms set out in the Disclaimer section below shall prevail.

4. Any unauthorized, fraudulent, or abusive behaviour will result in the disqualification of participants.

5. Participants must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

6. To the extent permitted by applicable law, EcoFlow shall not be liable for any direct or indirect losses or damages incurred by any party, including participants, arising from or in connection with this promotion.

7. To the extent permitted by applicable law, participants agree to release and discharge EcoFlow from any liabilities or claims, including breach of contract, tort, negligence, or any other cause of action, arising out of or in connection with this promotion or participation therein.

8. EcoFlow reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to pricing errors or inventory inaccuracies.
