Event Introduction
The EcoFlow Spring Sale x Member's Festival (hereinafter referred to as the “Campaign Period”) will run from 23 March 2026, 9:00 a.m. CET to 20 April 2026, 9:00 a.m. CEST.EcoFlow reserves the right to shorten or extend the Campaign Period at its sole discretion with prior notice.

Eligibility
The Sale is open to all users on eu.ecoflow.com who are EU residents and 18 years of age or older as of 9:00 a.m. CET on 23 March 2026 (the “Participant(s)”).

Only registered and logged‑in users on the official website are eligible.One user may hold only one account. The same email, phone number, shipping address, or device will be recognized as one user.Fraud, scripts, bots, or abnormal behavior is strictly prohibited. Violators will be disqualified and accounts may be suspended.

Eligibility:
To be eligible for the EcoFlow Lucky Draw, you must have an EcoFlow member account, be over 18 years old, and be a legal resident of Europe. EcoFlow reserves the right to terminate and disqualify any participant at any time from the Lucky Draw event if they don't comply with the terms and conditions.

Mechanism
1. Ways to Obtain Spin Chances:Free Spin: Each subscriber is entitled to one (1) free spin.Points Redemption: 500 points can be redeemed for one spin. Each user may redeem up to 20 spins per day. Spin chances will be issued immediately upon successful redemption.
2. All spin chances expire at 24:00 daily and will not carry over.
3. The probability of winning each prize is different. Please refer to the actual prize won.
4. Discount code prizes can be used directly on the checkout page. EcoCredits prizes will be sent to your member's account immediately and are valid for 365 days, so please use the EcoCredits as soon as possible to avoid expiration.
5. The odds of winning will vary based on the total number of participants due to the dynamic nature of the event and the potential for changes in real-time outcomes.
6. The right to win cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash.
7. Prizes will be shipped to Europe only.
8. Prize redemption rules are subject to the terms and conditions of the specific prize redemption.
9. Winners must respond within 30 working days to claim their prize. Failure to respond within the stipulated time will result in disqualification, and an alternate winner will be selected.
10.We will deliver the Prize(s) within 30 days of our confirmation to the Winner that they won.
11.EcoFlow reserves the right to change or substitute prizes as necessary.

Prohibitions
All prizes from the Lucky Draw event, including EcoCredits, coupons, and physical prizes, are non-transferable and non-redeemable.
If any prize is awarded to a participant who provides false or incorrect identification or information, EcoFlow reserves the right to disqualify the participant from receiving the said prize.

EcoFlow reserves the right to revise, modify, or waive the terms and conditions of the Lucky Draw event at any time in its sole discretion.EcoCredits used for participating in the Lucky Draw are non-transferable and non-refundable.Please note that these terms and conditions are subject to change without notice.
