EcoFlow 2026 Spring Sale x Member's Festival – Terms & Conditions

Event Introduction
The EcoFlow Spring Sale x Member's Festival Preheat (hereinafter referred to as the “Campaign Period”) will run from 17 March 2026, 9:00 a.m. CET to 23 March 2026, 9:00 a.m. CET.EcoFlow reserves the right to shorten or extend the Preheat Campaign Period at its sole discretion with prior notice.

Eligibility
The Campaign is open to all users on eu.ecoflow.com who are EU residents and 18 years of age or older as of 9:00 a.m. CET on 17 March 2026 (the “Participant(s)”).In participating in this Promotion, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any rewards/prizes/gifts/credits etc. We may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to make a claim as well as proof of your identity.

Note:
(1) Coupons can not be applied to new products, including DELTA 3 Classic, DELTA 3 Max Series and 3C new arrivals.
(2) Coupons are only valid between 23 March and 19 April 2026.
(3) To redeem an online coupon, enter the coupon code at checkout.- Coupons are only valid for a limited time stated, while stock lasts.- Coupon expiration times are based on the CET.- Coupon Codes must be used before the designated expiration date. No extensions will be allowed under any circumstances.

3. Participants in the sale agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and understand that EcoFlow’s decisions are final and binding. No correspondence or appeals will be entertained. EcoFlow reserves the right to make the final interpretation of this campaign.
4. During the Campaign Period, all orders must comply with EcoFlow’s purchase agreement and return policy.
5. The sale promotion is not applicable to wholesale or distributor orders.
6. Any unauthorised or fraudulent behaviour will result in disqualification of participants.

8. EcoFlow reserves the right to stop, cancel, or change the promotion with reasonable notice. Any changes will be announced on the official EcoFlow website.
9. All prizes and promotional gifts in this campaign are limited in quantity and available on a first-come, first-served basis. Any matters not covered herein will be handled according to EcoFlow’s final interpretation.
