Campaign Introduction

The Autumn Sale (the “Campaign”) runs from 21 September 2026 at 9:00 a.m. CEST to 28 September 2026 at 9:00 a.m. CEST (the “Campaign Period”). EcoFlow may modify, suspend or terminate the Campaign only where reasonably necessary due to legal or regulatory requirements, material technical failures, fraud or abuse, or circumstances beyond EcoFlow’s reasonable control. Any material changes will be communicated through the relevant Campaign page and will not adversely affect rewards validly claimed before the change.

Eligibility

The Campaign is open to users of eu.ecoflow.com who are residents of the European Union and aged 18 or over as of 21 September 2026 at 9:00 a.m. CEST (“Participants”).

Promotional Offers

1. 35L Refrigerator Add-On Offer

Spend €599 or more (including VAT) in a single order at participating official EcoFlow online stores in the EU and add a 35L Refrigerator for €299. The qualifying spend refers to the actual amount paid for the order, including VAT, after any applicable discounts. This offer is subject to product availability and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.

2. EcoFlow Power Hat Giveaway

Spend €899 or more (including VAT) in a single order at participating official EcoFlow online stores in the EU and receive one EcoFlow Power Hat, valued at €99, free of charge. The qualifying spend refers to the actual amount paid for the order, including VAT, after any applicable discounts. The gift is available while stocks last on a first-come, first-served basis, with a maximum of one gift per eligible order. The gift cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.

If an order containing a promotional gift or add-on product is returned in full, the promotional gift or add-on product must also be returned. If the customer chooses to keep the promotional gift or add-on product, the original value of the retained item will be deducted from the refund amount.

Unless otherwise stated, these offers cannot be combined with other promotions. EcoFlow may modify, suspend or withdraw an offer only where reasonably necessary due to legal or regulatory requirements, material technical failures, fraud or abuse, or circumstances beyond EcoFlow’s reasonable control. Any material changes will be communicated through the relevant Campaign page and will not affect qualifying orders already accepted by EcoFlow.

EcoCredits Promotion

During the Autumn Sale × EcoCredits Week, members can redeem EcoCredits for discounts on eligible products during the Campaign Period. Unless otherwise specified below, eligible products can receive a discount of up to 5% of the product purchase price through EcoCredits.

The following products are subject to special EcoCredits offers:

1. EcoFlow RIVER 2 Plus: Redeem EcoCredits for a discount of up to 6% of the product purchase price.

2. EcoFlow RIVER 3 Plus: Redeem EcoCredits for a discount of up to 6% of the product purchase price.

3. EcoFlow DELTA 2: Redeem EcoCredits for a discount of up to 7% of the product purchase price.

4. EcoFlow DELTA 3 Plus + 220W Solar Panel: Redeem EcoCredits for a discount of up to 5% of the product purchase price.

5. EcoFlow DELTA 2 Max + Extra Battery: Redeem EcoCredits for a discount of up to 5% of the product purchase price.

6. EcoFlow 250W Rigid Solar Panel：EcoCredits for a discount of up to 76% of the product purchase price.

Except for the products listed above, all other eligible products are eligible for the standard 5% EcoCredits discount offer.

EcoCredits Usage Conditions

When placing an order on the official EcoFlow online store, eligible members may choose to redeem EcoCredits to reduce the amount payable for the order. Each EcoCredit is equivalent to a €0.05 discount, subject to a minimum redemption of 100 EcoCredits.

EcoCredits can only be redeemed online through the official EcoFlow online store. The promotion is subject to product availability and ends when the relevant products are sold out. Unless otherwise stated, customers may purchase a maximum of one unit of each product model per account. EcoCredits discounts cannot be combined with other discount codes.

For the avoidance of doubt, the special EcoCredits offers specified above take precedence over the standard 5% EcoCredits discount applicable to other eligible products.

Bonus EcoCredits

Duration:

- Start: 21 September 2026, 9:00 a.m. CEST

- End: 28 September 2026, 9:00 a.m. CEST

Eligible Products

All products available on the official EU direct-to-consumer website (eu.ecoflow.com).

How to Earn:

- For every €1 of the final amount paid after discounts (excluding taxes and shipping fees), participants will earn EcoCredits.

- Regular members/Plus members: 2× EcoCredits

EcoCredits will be automatically credited to the participant’s account within seven (7) days after the order has been shipped. No confirmation of receipt is required.

Conditions of Participation:

- Participants must be logged in to their EcoCredits account before placing an order. The email address used for the order must match the email address associated with the EcoCredits account.

- Unregistered users may create a free account to participate.

Stacking Rules:

- This Bonus EcoCredits promotion cannot be combined with other point-based promotions (e.g., “Double Points” or “Triple Points”; such promotions are mutually exclusive).

- This promotion may be combined with non-point-based promotions, such as fixed-amount discounts or discount codes.

Returns & Refunds:

- Partial returns: Earned EcoCredits will be deducted proportionally based on the refund amount relative to the original amount paid.

- If EcoCredits have already been used to redeem a gift or coupon and the corresponding order is subsequently returned, the used EcoCredits will not be reinstated.

- In all return cases, any EcoCredits awarded under this promotion will be adjusted or withdrawn accordingly.

- Where EcoCredits earned from this Campaign have already been redeemed for gifts, coupons, or other rewards prior to a return, the participant must return the redeemed gift(s) in their original, unused condition together with the returned product. If the gift cannot be returned, or if the account’s EcoCredits balance is insufficient for deduction, EcoFlow reserves the right to deduct the full retail value of the reward directly from the refund amount.

No Cap:

There is no upper limit on the total number of EcoCredits that may be earned during this promotion.

General Terms

2. In the event of fraud, abuse, or misuse related to the Campaign, EcoFlow reserves the right to exclude any customer from participation.

3. By participating in the Campaign, Participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. EcoFlow will administer the Campaign in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions affects any statutory rights Participants may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

4. During the Campaign Period, all orders must comply with EcoFlow’s purchase agreement and return policy.

5. This Campaign does not apply to wholesale, reseller, or distributor orders.

6. Any unauthorised or fraudulent behaviour may result in disqualification.

7. Participants must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

8. EcoFlow reserves the right to stop, cancel, or amend the Campaign with reasonable notice. Any changes will be announced on the official EcoFlow website.

9. All prizes and promotional gifts in this Campaign are limited in quantity and available on a first-come, first-served basis. Any matters not covered in these Terms and Conditions will be handled reasonably and in accordance with applicable laws.

10. These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Germany, without regard to conflict of law principles.
