Campaign Introduction
The Autumn Sale Preheat (the “Campaign”) runs from 7 September 2026 at 9:00 a.m. CEST to 14 September 2026 at 9:00 a.m. CEST (the “Campaign Period”). EcoFlow may modify, suspend or terminate the Campaign only where reasonably necessary due to legal or regulatory requirements, material technical failures, fraud or abuse, or circumstances beyond EcoFlow’s reasonable control. Any material changes will be communicated through the relevant Campaign page and will not adversely affect rewards validly claimed before the change.

Eligibility
The Campaign is open to users of eu.ecoflow.com who are residents of the European Union and aged 18 or over as of 7 September 2026 at 9:00 a.m. CEST (“Participants”).

Hidden ⚡ Daily Rewards Campaign

1. How to Participate

During the Campaign Period, EcoFlow will hide one lightning icon (⚡) on participating official EcoFlow online stores. The location of the hidden ⚡ may change each day. Participants can find and click the hidden ⚡ to unlock the daily reward.

No purchase is necessary to participate in the Campaign. After clicking the hidden ⚡, Participants must follow the on-screen instructions and provide a valid email address and any other required information to claim the reward.

Each Participant may claim a maximum of one reward per day, unless otherwise stated on the relevant Campaign page.

EcoFlow reserves the right to refuse rewards or participation where it reasonably suspects fraudulent activity, abuse of the Campaign, or attempts to obtain multiple rewards through the use of multiple email addresses or accounts.

2. Rewards

The daily reward may vary and may include discount coupons, EcoCredits, free gifts or other promotional benefits, as specified on the relevant Campaign page.

Discount coupons and EcoCredits are not subject to quantity limits during the Campaign Period, subject to the applicable Campaign rules. Discount coupons must be redeemed on the same day they are issued and will expire thereafter unless otherwise stated.

Free gifts are available on a first-come, first-served basis while supplies last. No additional shipping or delivery charges apply to free gifts.

Rewards are subject to the specific terms displayed on the relevant Campaign page. Unless otherwise stated, rewards cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred, resold or combined with other promotional offers.

EcoFlow reserves the right to substitute a reward with another reward of equal or comparable value where reasonably necessary.

3. Email Address and Personal Data

Participants may be required to provide a valid email address in order to claim a reward.

If a Participant separately chooses to subscribe to EcoFlow marketing communications, such subscription will be based on the Participant’s affirmative consent and may be withdrawn at any time in accordance with applicable law.

EcoFlow will process personal data collected in connection with the Campaign in accordance with its applicable Privacy Policy.

4. Campaign Restrictions

Participants must provide a valid email address and any other information specifically identified on the relevant Campaign page that is reasonably necessary to administer and deliver the reward.

Participation in the Campaign and the claiming of a reward are not conditional upon consent to receive marketing communications. Any marketing consent will be requested separately through an optional, unticked opt-in mechanism and may be withdrawn at any time without affecting a reward already validly claimed.

Personal data collected in connection with the Campaign will be processed in accordance with the applicable EcoFlow Privacy Policy and Campaign Privacy Notice.

General Terms

1. If you experience any issues during the Campaign, please contact support.eu@ecoflow.com for assistance.

2. In the event of fraud, abuse, or misuse related to the Campaign, EcoFlow reserves the right to exclude any customer from participation.

3. By participating in the Campaign, Participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. EcoFlow will administer the Campaign in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions affects any statutory rights Participants may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

4. During the Campaign Period, all orders must comply with EcoFlow’s purchase agreement and return policy.

5. This Campaign does not apply to wholesale, reseller, or distributor orders.

6. Any unauthorised or fraudulent behaviour may result in disqualification.

7. Participants must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

8. EcoFlow reserves the right to stop, cancel, or amend the Campaign with reasonable notice. Any changes will be announced on the official EcoFlow website.

9. All prizes and promotional gifts in this Campaign are limited in quantity and available on a first-come, first-served basis. Any matters not covered in these Terms and Conditions will be handled reasonably and in accordance with applicable laws.

10. These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Germany, without regard to conflict of law principles.
