Introduction of the Event

The EcoCredits Appreciation Week runs from 20 October 2025, 09:00 (CEST) to 30 October 2025, 09:00 (CET). EcoFlow reserves the right to shorten or extend the Campaign Period at its sole discretion without prior notice.

Participant Requirements
The campaign is open to all users on eu.ecoflow.com who are legal residents of Europe and aged 18 or above as of 09:00 on 20 October 2025 (CEST) (“participant(s)”). Purchases made on other platforms or websites are not eligible for campaign offers.

Campaign Details

New Product Prize Quiz
Subscribe between 20 October 2025, 09:00 (CEST) and 30 October 2025, 09:00 (CET) to stay informed about the launch of the EcoFlow DELTA 3 Max series and answer the quiz question about the product. All subscribers who answer will receive a €5 off coupon and 500 EcoCredits.
The correct answer will be revealed on 30 October 2025. Participants who answer correctly will receive a €50 discount coupon delivered straight to their inbox within seven (7) days. This coupon is valid only for DELTA 3 Max series products.

Notes:
(1) All subscribers will receive a €5 off coupon and 500 EcoCredits. €5 off coupon usable only during EcoCredits Week from 20 October 2025, 09:00 (CEST) to 30 October 2025, 09:00 (CET). No minimum purchase is required.
(2) EcoCredits will be added to the user’s account within seven (7) days. Please ensure your email is registered as an EcoFlow member account.
(3) The €50 off coupon is valid only for purchasing EcoFlow DELTA 3 Max series products from 30 October 2025, 09:00 (CET) to 31 December 2025, 09:00 (CET).
(4) Coupons cannot be combined with any other discounts.
(5) To redeem an online coupon, enter the code at checkout.
- Coupons are valid only for the time stated, while stocks last.
- Coupon expiration times are based on the Eastern Time Zone.
- Coupon codes must be used before the expiry date. No extensions will be granted.
(6) Only one coupon code may be used per order, per person. Coupons cannot be combined with other offers or promotions unless otherwise stated.
(7) Coupons are valid for one-time use only, are non-transferable, not for resale or auction, and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or other items.
(8) Coupons may only be used on eu.ecoflow.com.
(9) If items purchased with a coupon are returned, the coupon value may be deducted from the refund.
(10) Coupons are void where prohibited or restricted by law.
(11) Once a coupon has been redeemed, it cannot be cancelled, exchanged, or refunded.
(12) Offers are subject to availability and valid while supplies last.


Add Accessories for Only €19.90 When Order Reaches €199

Event Mechanism:
1. During EcoCredits Appreciation Week, any order over €199 allows you to add one accessory to the same order for €19.90.
2. Only one accessory can be added per order.
3. Accessories are only available on orders placed via the EcoFlow online store at eu.ecoflow.com.
4. If the main product is cancelled or returned without cause, the €19.90 accessory must also be returned. If the accessory is retained, it will be charged at its original price.
5. If an accessory is damaged, compensation will be required based on the accessory’s original price.

Multiple EcoCredits
1. During the event, members will earn 2× EcoCredits, and PLUS members will earn 2.5× EcoCredits on any order made on the EcoFlow official website. After order completion and delivery, additional EcoCredits will be credited to the participant’s account.
2. Log in to your EcoCredits account and ensure the email matches the one used for your order. If you are not yet registered, you may sign up for a free account.
3. In the event of a return, the corresponding EcoCredits will be deducted from the participant’s account.

General:
1. If you encounter any problems during the promotion, please contact support.eu@ecoflow.com for assistance.
2. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may decide to modify these rules or cancel the promotion at any time. If there is any fraud or abuse related to the promotion, we reserve the right to exclude any customer from the promotion.
3. Participants in the Sale agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth herein and understand that EcoFlow's decisions are final and binding. No correspondence or appeals will be entertained. EcoFlow reserves the right to make the final and ultimate interpretation of this campaign.
4. All orders must comply with EcoFlow's purchase agreement and return policy during the sale promotion.
5. The sale promotion does not apply to wholesale or distributor orders.
6. Any unauthorised or fraudulent behaviour will result in the disqualification of participants.
7. Participants must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
8. EcoFlow reserves the right to stop, cancel, or change the promotion at any time during the promotion. Any changes will be announced on the EcoFlow official website.
9. All prizes in this promotion are limited in quantity and are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Any matters not covered herein will be handled according to EcoFlow's final interpretation.
10. EcoFlow will assume no responsibility for late entries, which may occur for any reason, including but not limited to network transmission failure.
11. EcoFlow will not be responsible for any direct or indirect losses or damages incurred by any party, including the participants, in connection with or arising from acts or omissions or any way related to this campaign.
12. Participants agree to release and discharge EcoFlow from any liabilities and claims, including breach of contract, tort, negligence, or any other cause of action at law or equity, arising out of or in any way connected to this campaign or the participant's entry into the campaign.
