EcoCredits Week Campaign Details

Section I: Campaign Duration
The EcoCredits Week campaign will begin at 9:00 AM CET on 20 January 2025 and end at 9:00 AM CET on 27 January 2025. EcoFlow reserves the right to shorten or extend the campaign without prior notice.

Section II: Eligibility
The promotional campaign is open to all registered EcoFlow ID users (member users) on eu.ecoflow.com who are citizens of Europe and at least 18 years of age as of 9:00 AM CET on 27 January 2025 (referred to as "Participants" or you). Products and prizes will only be shipped within Europe. For more details, please refer to the shipping policy on our official website. All promotional campaign activities are exclusively available on (eu.ecoflow.com, uk.ecoflow.com,de.ecoflow.com,fr.ecoflow.com,it.ecoflow.com,es.ecoflow.com) (collectively, "EcoFlow Official Sites") and all rewards, discounts, credits granted to participants/winners are only available for purchase at EcoFlow Official Sites.

Section III: Campaign Mechanics
1. New Year Messages
Duration:

How to Participate:
Participants can share their stories with EcoFlow and their wishes for the New Year on the cam
paign page.
Each participant is limited to one entry based on a unique email address. Upon successful participation, you will receive a €50 discount code applicable to purchases of €500 or more. The discount code is valid only during the event and will expire afterwards.
Within one week after the event ends, one participant from each of EcoFlow's Official Sites will be selected to receive a RIVER 3 unit. Winners will be contacted via email by EcoFlow.
Winners must redeem their prizes within the redemption period specified in the email. All rewards are final and cannot be revoked once redeemed.

Important Notes:
The right to claim prizes is non-transferable, nonrefundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash. If a participant provides false or incorrect identification or information to claim any prize, EcoFlow reserves the right to disqualify the participant from receiving the prize.

6. Bonus EcoCredits

Orders placed through the Flash Sale Section on EcoFlow's Official Website will earn bonus EcoCredits:
Regular members: 2× EcoCredits
Plus members: 2.5× EcoCredits

Conditions:
Participants must log in to their EcoCredits account to ensure the email used matches the email for the order.Unregistered users can create a free account to participate.
If an order is returned, any awarded EcoCredits will be revoked.

General:

1. If you encounter any problems during the promotion, please contact support.eu@ecoflow.com for assistance.
2. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may decide to modify these rules or cancel the promotion at any time. If there is any fraud or abuse related to the promotion, we reserve the right to exclude any customer from the promotion.
3. Participants in the Sale agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth herein and understand that EcoFlow's decisions are final and binding. No correspondence or appeals will be entertained. EcoFlow reserves the right to make the final and ultimate interpretation of this campaign.
4. All orders must comply with EcoFlow's purchase agreement and return policy during the sale promotion.
5. The sale promotion does not apply to wholesale or distributor orders.
6. Any unauthorized or fraudulent behaviour will result in the disqualification of participants.
7. Participants must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
8. EcoFlow reserves the right to stop, cancel, or change the promotion at any time during the promotion. Any changes will be announced on the EcoFlow official website.
9. All prizes in this promotion are limited in quantity and are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Any matters not covered herein will be handled according to EcoFlow's final interpretation.
10. EcoFlow will assume no responsibility for late entries, which may occur for any reason, including but not limited to network transmission failure.
11. EcoFlow will not be responsible for any direct or indirect losses or damages incurred by any party, including the participants, in connection with or arising from acts or omissions or any way related to this campaign.
12. Participants agree to release and discharge EcoFlow from any liabilities and claims, including breach of contract, tort, negligence, or any other cause of action at law or equity, arising out of or in any way connected to this campaign or the participant's entry into the campaign.
