Event Introduction

The End of Season Sale (hereinafter referred to as the “Campaign Period”) runs from 11 Aug, 2025, 9 AM (CET) to 1 Sept, 2025, 9 AM (CET). EcoFlow reserves the right to shorten or extend the Campaign Period at its sole discretion without prior notice.

Eligibility

The Sale is open to all users on eu.EcoFlow.com, who are EU residents and 18 years old or older as of 9 AM on 11 Aug, 2025 (CET) ("participant(s)").

Tiered Free Gift

From 11 Aug, 2025, 9 AM (CET) to 1 Sept, 2025, 9 AM (CET), Customers will receive a free gift based on the total value of a single order (excluding shipping and tax):

Note:

(1) For tiered free gift offer, each order can only receive one gift based on the highest spending of a single order tier it qualifies for. Gifts are not cumulative. There is only one promotional gift per order for the duration of the offer or promotion.

（2）In this tiered free gift event, gifts will only be given if the conditions are met during the event period. During non-event periods, even if the conditions are met for orders, no additional gifts will be sent.

Note:

Lucky Draw

All subscribers during the Campaign Period will be entered into a random draw to win 1 × EcoFlow River 3(only one winner per store).

Prohibitions

(1) All prizes from the Lucky Draw event, including EcoCredits, coupons, and physical prizes, are non-transferable and non-redeemable.

(2) Maximum one entry per entrant and per email address per Prize Promotion. Any individual found to be using multiple email addresses or, where applicable, social media accounts to enter will be ineligible.

(3) If any prize is awarded to a participant who provides false or incorrect identification or information, EcoFlow reserves the right to disqualify the participant from receiving the said prize.

Note:

(1) No payment or purchase is necessary to enter the Prize Promotion, and a purchase will not increase chances of winning.

(2) Winners will be selected at random from eligible entries.

(3) The draw will be conducted within 30 days after the Campaign ends.

(4) The decision of EcoFlow in selecting the winners is final and binding.

(5) Winners will be notified via Email within 7 working days of the draw.

Prize Redemption Period:

(1) Winners must respond within 7 working days to claim their prize.

(2) Failure to respond within the stipulated time will result in disqualification, and an alternate winner will be selected.

(3) We will deliver the Prize(s) within 30 days of our confirmation to the Winner that they won.

(4) EcoFlow reserves the right to change or substitute prizes as necessary.

General Terms and Conditions：

(1) EcoFlow reserves the right to revise, modify, or waive the terms and conditions of the Lucky Draw event at any time in its sole discretion.

(2) Please note that these terms and conditions are subject to change without notice. In addition, changes will be applied immediately.

(3) EcoFlow reserves the right to modify or terminate the Lucky Draw event at any time, either temporarily or permanently (or any part thereof).

(4) By participating in the Lucky Draw event, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and that EcoFlow's decision shall be final and binding.

(2) To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may decide to modify these rules or cancel the promotion at any time. If there is any fraud or abuse related to the promotion, we reserve the right to exclude any customer from the promotion.

(3) Participants in the sale agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth herein and understand that EcoFlow's decisions are final and binding. No correspondence or appeals will be entertained. EcoFlow reserves the right to make the final and ultimate interpretation of this campaign

(4) During the Campaign Period, all orders must comply with EcoFlow's purchase agreement and return policy.

(5) The sale promotion is not applicable to wholesale or distributor orders

(6) Any unauthorized or fraudulent behaviour will result in disqualification of participants

(7) Participants must comply with all applicable laws and regulations

(8) EcoFlow reserves the right to stop, cancel, or change the promotion at any time during the promotion. Any changes will be announced on the EcoFlow official website.

(9) All prizes in this promotion are limited in quantity and are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Any matters not covered herein will be handled according to EcoFlow's final interpretation

(10) EcoFlow will assume no responsibility for late entries, which may occur for any reason, including but not limited to network transmission failure.

(11) EcoFlow will not be responsible for any direct or indirect losses or damages incurred by any party, including the participants, in connection with, or arising from acts or omissions, or any way related to this campaign.

(12) Participants agree to release and discharge EcoFlow from any liabilities and claims, including breach of contract, tort, negligence, or any other cause of action at law or equity, arising out of, or in any way connected to this campaign or the participant's entry into the campaign.
