Event Introduction
The ''Summer Sale'' will run from 1 June 2026, 9:00 a.m. CET to 3 July 2026, 9:00 a.m. CET. EcoFlow may amend, suspend, shorten, or extend the Campaign Period where reasonably necessary for operational, technical, legal, or compliance reasons.

30-Day Price Match Guarantee
During the Campaign (valid from 1 June, 2026, 9 AM (CET) to 3 July, 2026, 9 AM (CET)), orders placed on the official website will include a 30-day Price Match Guarantee.If, within 30 days after placing your order, you find the identical item you purchased at a lower publicly listed price on any EcoFlow official sales channel (excluding platform-specific subsidies, bundle offers, flash sales, or third-party seller promotions), please contact us at support.eu@ecoflow.com with a screenshot and the purchase link for a refund of the difference.EcoFlow reserves the right to deny a refund of the difference if the price guarantee service is used improperly or in violation of principles of honesty and good faith.

Eligibility
The Sale is open to all users on eu.ecoflow.com who are EU residents and 18 years of age or older as of 9:00 a.m. CET on 1 June 2026 (the "Participant(s)").Only registered and logged-in users on the official website are eligible.
One user may hold only one account. The same email, phone number, or device will be recognized as one user.Fraud, scripts, bots, or abnormal behavior is strictly prohibited. Violators will be disqualified and accounts may be suspended.

User Story Submission & Rewards
1. Each eligible and verified submission will be entitled to 500 EcoCredits. EcoCredits will be issued only after successful validation of the submission by EcoFlow.
2. All submissions will be reviewed by EcoFlow will be reviewed by EcoFlow based on the criteria of creativity, usefulness, or inspiring nature as set out below. Users whose submissions are selected and featured will be entitled to an additional 2,000 EcoCredits per featured submission. By submitting a story, users grant EcoFlow a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, and irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, and display the submission for marketing and promotional purposes.
3. Among all featured users, one grand prize winner will be selected by an EcoFlow panel based on the overall quality and impact of their submission to receive 1 × EcoFlow DELTA 3 Classic. The draw shall be conducted fairly from all eligible featured users.
4. All EcoCredits rewards and grand prize results will be issued or announced within 7 days after the end of the campaign period. Winners and eligible users will be notified via email. Redemption codes must be redeemed within 30 days of the notification email.
5. Each user may only participate once across all EcoFlow regional websites. EcoCredits rewards will only be issued once per user, regardless of cross-site participation.

Spend & Save Offer
Offer details:
Spend €600 or more to get €30 off.
Spend €1,200 or more to get €60 off.
Spend €3,000 or more to get €150 off.

The discount will be automatically applied at checkout once the spending threshold is reached.Prohibitions:
1. The offer is not applicable to gift cards.
2. Discounts and free gifts cannot be combined with other coupon codes, sitewide discounts, or promotional offers unless otherwise stated.
3. Stream series products are not eligible for the Spend & Save Offer.

During the Summer Sale Campaign, EcoFlow will hold multiple rounds of flash sales featuring selected products.
1. Flash sale items are available while supplies last and are offered on a first-come, first-served basis. For pre-sale items, a limited pre-sale allocation applies and orders will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis until the allocation is reached. In the unlikely event that technical system delays cause an order to be accepted beyond the available stock, EcoFlow reserves the right to notify the customer and cancel the affected order with a full refund.
2. The selection of flash sale products and the timing of each flash sale may be adjusted by EcoFlow based on stock availability, supply chain logistics, and other reasonable operational considerations.

General

2. To the extent permitted by applicable law, EcoFlow reserves the right to reasonably modify these rules or suspend/cancel the promotion, in whole or in part, due to unforeseen circumstances, technical failures, or critical operational needs. Any changes will be published on the EcoFlow official website and will not retroactively affect orders already confirmed.
3. Participants in the sale agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth herein and understand that EcoFlow's decisions are final and binding. No correspondence or appeals will be entertained. EcoFlow will administer the Campaign in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. This does not affect any statutory rights that participants may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
4. During the sale promotion, all orders must comply with EcoFlow's purchase agreement and return policy.
5. The sale promotion is not applicable to wholesale or distributor orders.
6. Any unauthorized or fraudulent behavior will result in disqualification of participants.
7. Participants must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
8. All prizes in this promotion are limited in quantity and are available on a first-come, first-served basis. EcoFlow will administer the Campaign in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. This does not affect any statutory rights that participants may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
9. EcoFlow will assume no responsibility for late entries, which may occur for any reason, including but not limited to network transmission failure.
10. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits EcoFlow’s liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law. Subject to this, EcoFlow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, or for any technical malfunctions beyond its reasonable control (including network transmission failures) that affect participation in the promotion.
11. To the extent permitted by applicable law, participants agree to release EcoFlow from any claims for indirect, punitive, or consequential damages arising from their participation in this campaign, provided that nothing herein shall limit EcoFlow's liability for gross negligence, willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under statutory consumer protection laws.
12. EcoFlow reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in specified circumstances, including but not limited to suspecting fraudulent activity, identifying obvious pricing or description errors on the website, or experiencing severe stock shortages. If an order is cancelled after payment has been processed, EcoFlow will issue a full refund to the original payment method.
