1. The Christmas Voucher ("Voucher") is available for purchase from December 4, 2023, at 9 AM to December 11, 2023 at 9 AM (CET). This is an e-voucher with a value of €550. It will be issued as a unique voucher code to the purchaser's registered email address.
2. The total quantity of Christmas Vouchers is limited to 50 on a first-come, first-served basis. No price match service will be provided.
3. A Christmas Voucher must be purchased before being applied to any purchases. Discount codes cannot be used when purchasing the Christmas Voucher. Please add ONLY ONE Christmas Voucher to the shopping cart and pay €500. Orders using a discount code to purchase the Christmas Voucher and orders purchasing more than one voucher are not recognised by the voucher issuing system, preventing the purchaser from receiving the Voucher code.
4. Only one Voucher can be purchased and used per customer. When a customer purchases more than one Voucher, the system will only issue one Voucher code. Please do not purchase more than one Christmas Voucher.
5. Please note that the Christmas Voucher code will automatically expire on December 26, 2023. Please make sure to use up the balance before this date. No expiry notice will be sent at the time of expiry. If there is a balance remaining at the time of expiry, a refund will be arranged in compliance with the "Refund Policy" set out in these Terms and Conditions.
6. The amount of the Christmas Voucher can only be used in purchasing physical products on eu.ecoflow.com, excluding flash sale products, gifts, and gift cards. When purchasing physical products with a Christmas Voucher, customers can enter one Christmas Voucher code and one discount code on the checkout page to use them on the same order.

How to use the EcoFlow Christmas Voucher

1. Add one Christmas Voucher to the shopping cart and register the email address to receive the voucher code on the checkout page. Pay €500 for a voucher with a value of €550. Please do not use discount codes or purchase more than one Christmas Voucher.
2. After purchase, an email with a unique voucher code will be sent to your registered email address. If you wish to send the Voucher to a friend, feel free to forward the email. The Voucher can be applied to purchases in the form of a unique code in its entirety. Please keep your unique code secure to avoid financial loss due to leakage, and EcoFlow is not responsible for financial loss due to leakage of codes caused by customers.
3. Enter the Voucher code on the checkout page to pay with the balance of the Voucher. The Voucher will be invalid after the balance has been spent. One Voucher can be applied to multiple orders and cannot be customised for the amount of each credit; the default credit is the maximum amount of the Voucher's balance.
4. If your Christmas Voucher code email is not in your inbox, please check the spam folder. If you still do not find it, don't hesitate to contact our customer service team at support.eu@ecoflow.com to verify the issuance of the Voucher.
5. An email address can only receive one Christmas Voucher code. If you purchase multiple Vouchers using the same email address, only the first Voucher you successfully purchased will be issued.

Refund Policy

1. Please do not purchase more than one Christmas Voucher. If you accidentally purchased extra Christmas Vouchers and did not use them, you can contact our after-sales service team at support.eu@ecoflow.com using the email address where you purchased the Voucher to request for a refund of the purchase cost and the deactivation of the Voucher. Please be aware that the transaction fee* charged for purchasing the voucher will be deducted from the refund. The corresponding Voucher code will be automatically deactivated after the refund.
2. If the issued Christmas Voucher is not successfully applied to any order before the overdue expiry date of December 26, 2023, the purchase cost of the voucher will be refunded to the original payment account by default before January 31, 2024. Please be aware that the transaction fee* charged for the purchase of the Voucher will be deducted from the refund.
3. A €50 discount (€550-€500=€50) is offered on the purchase of the Christmas Voucher. The discounted portion of the voucher value (€50) is non-refundable and non-cashable. The paid portion** of one Christmas Voucher is €500. If the issued Christmas Voucher has been successfully applied to any order, but there is still a balance at the time of overdue expiry on December 26, 2023, the paid portion of the balance** will be refunded to the original payment account by default before January 31, 2024. Please be aware that the transaction fee* charged for purchasing the voucher will be deducted from the refund.
4. If a full refund is issued for an order of physical products that used a Christmas Voucher and the voucher has not expired at the time of the refund, the amount paid with the Voucher will be refunded to the Voucher by default. In case of a partial refund, the amount to be refunded to the Voucher will be calculated based on the ratio of the total refund amount to the total order amount and returned to the Voucher by default. In the above two cases, if the voucher has expired at the time of the refund, the paid portion will be refunded to the payment account from which the voucher was purchased by default. Please be aware that the transaction fee* charged for purchasing the Voucher will be deducted from the refund.

*Transaction fee= The paid portion of the balance × transaction fee rate set by the payment platform (1.5% for credit card users, 2% for PayPal users, 2.6% for Klarna users).

**The paid portion= Value - (Value÷550×50). If a customer uses €200 from his/her Christmas Voucher to purchase, the actual paid portion of this €200 is €181.8. The value's balance is €350, in which the actual paid portion is €318.2.

EcoFlow reserves the right to the final interpretation of the Christmas Voucher Event. EcoFlow reserves the right to modify, adjust, or terminate this event. Any changes, adjustments, or terminations will be communicated through the Terms and Conditions on the page of the Christmas Voucher.
