Campaign Duration
The Valentine’s Day Campaign runs from 10 February 2025, 09:00 AM (CET) to 24 February 2025, 09:00 AM (CET). EcoFlow reserves the right to modify or extend the campaign period at its sole discretion without prior notice.

Eligibility
The campaign is open to European citizens aged 18 and above as of 10 February 2025, 09:00 AM (CET).

Availability
This campaign, including promotions, gifts, and discounts, is available exclusively on eu.ecoflow.com. Purchases made on other platforms or websites are not eligible for campaign offers.

Campaign Mechanism

1. Multi-Level Free Gifts
Free gifts are available for orders placed between 10 February 2025, 09:00 AM CET and 24 February 2025, 09:00 AM CET.
Free EcoFlow 100W Flexible Solar Panel (worth €129) with orders cart value between €2,000 and €3,999 (Limited to the first 50 orders).
Free EcoFlow 220W Bifacial Portable Solar Panel (worth €499) with orders cart value over €4,000 (Limited to the first 20 orders).
Please note:
- Free Gifts will be automatically added to the shopping cart when the cart value exceeds the applicable thresholds (as listed above).
- Each order can only receive one Free Gift. The Free Gifts cannot be stacked.
- The Free Gifts are available while stocks last and are limited to the first 50 or 20 orders (depending on the gift).
- No further notice will be given once a gift has run out. Once the gift stock is exhausted, it will no longer be available for new orders.
- If the order is a pre-order, the Free Gifts will not be shipped earlier than the EcoFlow portable power stations. When the power stations are restocked, the Free Gifts will be shipped together.
- If a customer wishes to return an order or item that qualified for the Free Gifts with purchase, the transaction can only be refunded if the Free Gifts with purchase is also returned.
- The Free Gifts cannot be applied to orders placed before the start of the Event, are non-transferable, non-reusable, and cannot be shared without authorisation. The Free Gifts cannot be substituted for any other item, cash or credit.

2. Valentine Specials

Please note:
1. Refurbished products are not eligible for this event.
2. Availability of Free Gifts: The Free Gifts are available while supplies last. No notice will be provided when the Free Gifts run out. The Free Gifts will appear in the shopping cart if they are available and will be listed in the order information after placing the order.

1. If you encounter any problems during the promotion, please contact support.eu@ecoflow.com for assistance.
2. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may decide to modify these rules or cancel the promotion at any time. If there is any fraud or abuse related to the promotion, we reserve the right to exclude any customer from the promotion.
3. Participants in the Sale agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth herein and understand that EcoFlow's decisions are final and binding. No correspondence or appeals will be entertained. EcoFlow reserves the right to make the final and ultimate interpretation of this campaign.
4. All orders must comply with EcoFlow's purchase agreement and return policy during the sale promotion.
5. The sale promotion does not apply to wholesale or distributor orders.
6. Any unauthorised or fraudulent behaviour will result in the disqualification of participants.
7. Participants must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
8. EcoFlow reserves the right to stop, cancel, or change the promotion at any time during the promotion. Any changes will be announced on the EcoFlow official website.
9. All prizes in this promotion are limited in quantity and are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Any matters not covered herein will be handled according to EcoFlow's final interpretation.
10. EcoFlow will assume no responsibility for late entries, which may occur for any reason, including but not limited to network transmission failure.
