2025 EcoFlow Members' Festival Campaign Terms & Conditions

Campaign Duration
The 2025 EcoCredits Members' Festival Campaign ("Campaign") is organized by EcoFlow. The Campaign will begin on 1 April, 2025, 9:00 AM (CET) and conclude on 30 April, 2025, 9:00 AM (CET). EcoFlow reserves the right to shorten or extend the Campaign period at its sole discretion without prior notice.

Eligibility
This Campaign is open to all registered EcoFlow website ID users who are citizens of Europe (or as per the age stipulated by local laws) and aged 18 years old and above as of the Campaign start date (”Participant(s)”).

Availability
This Campaign, including promotions, gifts, and discounts, is exclusively available on eu.ecoflow.com. Purchases made on other platforms or websites will not be eligible for Campaign offers.

Campaign Mechanism
1. The EcoFlow Power Pool and Task Completion
Duration:
Start: 1 April, 2025, 9:00 AM (CET)
End: 29 April, 2025, 9:00 AM (CET)

EcoFlow Power Pool is a new concept introduced in this Campaign. It refers to a mechanism whereby all members contribute to a shared pool of points in order to win gifts and help contribute to charity.
All Power Points* earned through tasks will be contributed to the EcoFlow Power Pool (* Power Points do not have economic value, they are only used to represent the accumulation of member tasks in the EcoFlow Power Pool).
Once the Power Pool reaches a set value, indicated on the Campaign page, select members will receive prizes (amounts and prizes may vary by region).
When the Power Pool reaches its additional set value (goal), indicated on the Campaign page, 1% of our Members' Festival sales revenue will be donated through our official charity program, Power For All (https://www.ecoflow.com/eu/powerforall).

Win EcoCredits and Prizes
Members will get EcoCredits and Power Points after finishing tasks. Once the Power Pool reaches a certain number, Lucky Members will win up to 6800 EcoCredits and prizes worth up to €899.
When the Power Pool reaches 25,000, you'll be automatically entered into a lucky draw and 2 lucky winners will receive an EcoFlow RIVER 3 Portable Power Station (worth €249), and when the Power Pool reaches 35,000, you'll be automatically entered into a lucky draw and 2 lucky winners will receive an EcoFlow DELTA 3 Portable Power Station. (worth €899)

Tasks statement
There are 7 tasks for this Campaign. Register as an EcoFlow Member (or log in) first to get started. After Task 1 is completed (Registration/Login), you can choose any of the available tasks to complete. Check EcoCredits/Coupons/Power Points you will receive after finishing each task on the Campaign page.

You can receive the listed perks (EcoCredits/Coupons/Power Points shown on the page) only once for completing tasks 1, 2, 3, 5, and 6.

1. Task 1: Register or Log in
a. Get 800 EcoCredits after registration or 200 EcoCredits after Login
b. Get 2 Coupons
For Task 1, you will get 2 additional coupons, which are valid for use during the Campaign period.
The €50 off coupon is only available for use on purchases over €1000 and the €140 off coupon is only available for use on purchases over €2000.
c. Get 8 Power Points
2. Task 4 can be completed up to 20 times. (Note: details for this task can be checked in the 'Refer Your Friends' section below).
3. Task 7 can be completed up to 2 times. The available time for finishing all tasks is during Phase 1.
4. For Task 6 & 7, the purchase order value shall not be €0. If a return is initiated, EcoCredits will be withdrawn, and Power Points will be kept.
5. For Task 6 & 7, you can receive task perks during Phase 1.

Please note:
1. You will receive an email which shows the steps of how you can get the coupons.
2. Or, check the Campaign page and click the gift icon on the right side. There will be a pop-up to show vouchers you can claim. Click the "Grab My Bonus" button to receive. You will receive the voucher code immediately.
3. The 2 coupons cannot be stacked. Limit one coupon code per order.
4. If you return any of the items purchased with a coupon, the refund amount will be based on the actual amount you paid.
5. All winners will be announced on the Campaign page (check the 'Lucky Members' section) and will be notified via their registered email.
6. Participants must ensure that their registered details are up-to-date, accurate, complete, and truthful in all respects.
7. We apologise that we cannot answer any inquiries regarding the winner selection process. Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries.

9. EcoCredits can be used for cash deductions for your purchases. These EcoCredits will expire one year after the date they are given. You can check additional details regarding EcoCredit use, coupons/vouchers, and your EcoCredit Activity here: (https://www.ecoflow.com/eu/ecocredits)

Please note:

3. The right to claim prizes is non-transferable, nonrefundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash. If a participant provides false or incorrect identification or information to claim any prize, EcoFlow reserves the right to disqualify the participant from receiving the prize.

Please note:

Please note:
1. The Referrer's unique referral link may not be shared, sold, or used in any way except by the Referrer alone to obtain Qualified Referrals; Referrers are limited to one (1) Qualified Referral for each Referred Customer are not counted as additional Qualified Referrals. Referral links shared to or obtained through other sources (such as through a posting to a third-party intermediary or website) will not be honoured.
2. If the Referrer and referee share an IP/device, only the referred person gets a reward. Ecoflow may prohibit a Referrer from participating in the programme or receiving a Credit or Reward, in EcoFlow's sole discretion, if Ecoflow determines that such Referrer is attempting to undermine the fairness, integrity, or legitimate operation of the programme in any way by cheating, hacking, deception, or any other unfair playing practices or intending to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other Referrers or any representatives of EcoFlow.

9. Multiple EcoCredits

6. Any unauthorised or fraudulent behaviour will result in the disqualification of participants.
7. Participants must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

9. All prizes in this promotion are limited in quantity and are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Any matters not covered herein will be handled according to EcoFlow's final interpretation.
10. EcoFlow will assume no responsibility for late entries, which may occur for any reason, including but not limited to network transmission failure.
11. EcoFlow will not be responsible for any direct or indirect losses or damages incurred by any party, including the participants, in connection with or arising from acts or omissions or any way related to this Campaign.
12. Participants agree to release and discharge EcoFlow from any liabilities and claims, including breach of contract, tort, negligence, or any other cause of action at law or equity, arising out of or in any way connected to this Campaign or the participant's entry into the Campaign.
